What owners say

AI Summary · 4 reviews

"Overall, drivers of the 1981 Mazda RX-7 express a strong nostalgia and admiration for the car's performance and unique engine sound. Many appreciate its fun driving experience and distinctive design, which still turns heads today. However, some drivers point out the high running costs and fuel consumption as drawbacks, along with challenges in traffic."

way before its time, fun to drive but tiresome in traffic. head turner and great sound from the rotary motor. running cost were high, had to have a deep pocket for fuel if you looked after the car, the motor should last forever

the car revs into oblivion and is relatively easy to tune

Since I was a little two year old it was always my dream to own my father's first brand new car. His 1981 Mazda RX-7. The body was restored in 2006 and in the Spring of '07 and currently still the engine and also the interior are getting a make over including a T2 swap from the 2nd gen. RX-7 with the help of Nick Osterbaan and friends at X7 Productions.
