Vehicle was running before I replaced the brake master cylinder. Car runs with starter fluid, I have no injector pulse. Do this cars have a crank or cam sensor for injection pulse, can't figure out why it stopped running. All fuses and links are good, all relays are good, I have spark at coil and wires, all spark plugs look good, I have fuel and pressure at the rail. Car has an L28 NA
Where does the negative wire from the battery go on a 1981 Datsun 280zx?
If i replace the starter in my Datsun 280zx do i need to do any shimming or adjusting for it to work properly?
Hello I really need some help! I have a 1981 280zx Datsun, my problem with it is that one day I was in a McDonald's drive thru and my cars idle was lowering as if the car was going to die. So I revved it so it can stay on, but then it just started lowering more and more until I had my foot as far down as I could but then it stopped revving and it died. When I turned the key it made a nose like it wanted to start but when I pushed the gas pedal no connection was made with engine idk what it can be.
I have a 1981 280zx it was running fine other than the battery was dying every couple weeks, but one day I was at a drive thru and it stopped revving and just died off, the car turns on but does not gas at all! Does anyone know what can be wrong
