1976 ford f100 inline 6 cold start issues

Truck wont start unless i spray starting fuel in carburetor and pump the gas clip behind the carburetor like 20 times then hop in and pump gas pedal some more..turn it over and rev it up gently a little untill it stays on..usually i will turn off and got to pump it sum more untill it idles...after that it will run out of town perfectly. Just that problem in the morning

My truck starts when you are on the key but when you get off it dies

My 76 f100 has a problem running. The truck starts as long as the starter is running but as soon as you let off the key the truck dies right away like it had lost spark
