I've been looking at vehicles lately, and I was wondering if anyone had experience driving a 1970 (ish) Jeep Wagoneer, and could tell me how it handles, accelerates, and brakes? How does it compare to driving a pickup? I'm just in love with how they look, but I've mostly driven a small car most my life. I'm also curious about the MPG for v8 350 -- guessing it's fairly low (around 10).

I have a jeep wagoneer, there is a Manufacturing date that says Nov 1969 on the inside drivers door. Is this the actuall year model or could it be a 1970? Also where can I find information on how to read the VIN #? I've looked around some online and local parts stores to find OEM body, interior,and engine parts to no avail.. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
