14 inch Centre lock wheels on Triumph Spitfire 65

Hi, I have 65 spitfire. Can I fit 14 inch MGB centre lock rims to it.

Can I use a weber carb on my 1965 spitfire

don't know much or how to rebuild su s so I would like to put a weber on the car

Carburetor issues on a 1965 Spitfire

So I recently replaced the starter solenoid and coil pack on it and ran fine for 3 miles and then had a ton of carburetor issues where it seems like it's not getting enough fuel so I replace the fuel pump fuel lines clean the carburetors made sure the floats weren't sticking... when it starts it idles at around 900 for about 3 minutes and then just slowly dies and then when you drive it the first thru second gear is fine but once you get into 3rd gear and it seems like it's togging forward. I have tried replacing the parts back to stock and it did not help. All of these problems started to happen when I let it idles for 20mins and tried to drive it

what is the trunion on a 65 spitfire mk2

# 2 & 3 Cyl are not firing

I have 120 # compression straight through. no vaccum at carb # 2. removed carbs and manifold to check all gaskets. all ok. if ya cover inlet of carb #1 it kills the engine. checked to make sure there were no broken value springs on the intake values. I don't understand why I don't get some vac at Carb #2 as the chambers for both carbs are inter connected in the manifold. I think I've done everything short of pulling the head and checking for burnt intake values on 2 & 3. Am I missiing something? Thanks for your help.
