i built this car myself. the engine was rebuilt in brooklyn,ny. keith black pistons, ram air IVcam,hooker headers & holley 750 carb. the tranny was special built near chicago,ill.all new muncie m-22 with a steal midplate instead of aluminum like the stock ones had. a few hours of body work needed to get ready for paint.Nov 20, 2011

1965 Pontiac LeMans fan guard
Was a fan guard not put on the '65 LeMans with the 250hp 326 engine? I believe it only had the 2bbl carb. Several references I have read elude to only the 4bbl and tri-power configurations getting a fan guard. When I bought the LeMans, it did not have a fan guard. I want to know if I should add one for it to be correct. The radiator fill hole is on the right/passenger side. Thanks, Dan
