I ended up buying it after driving 2 hours and finding all kinds of flaws that weren't in the picture nobody could tell me anything about anything on it and it felt more like a hostage negotiation then a normal car buying experience it would have been nice to be given some kind of information about a used vehicle

Excellent experience and quality! We purchased this truck and did not have any issue with arrangements to drive from out of state. All requests were honored and the vehicle was clean and ready for delivery. The entire staff were friendly and professional without being pushy.

Dealer was very helpful. Responded to all my concerns. However, i did find pricing too high. Especially for a car with 4 previous body corrections.

They were still running my credit report after I told them I didn’t want the car. It’s been over a month and I’m still getting mail saying that they ran my credit for the car. I would never do business here. If it would let me give zero stars I would but it won’t let me.

Wanted to view the truck but they lost the key. I was out of town and had planned to view vehicle the next day. They then say they lost key and had to wait a few days. I never went

Zero rating. Changed the price after we made a deal. Scam They listed the car for $ 2200.00 less on GraGurus and their own web site. Then the said the applied the repaid twice be error. The told the me the correct price by the manager of n the phone. I agreed to the price whick is $2200.00 more what was listed and we are talking about the same stock number car. After I checked the paper work they added additional $ 1800.00 for some chrome package which the manager never told me about and we never discussed. I questioned the charges and the Manager told me we discussed this on the phone which is a lie. He made some cercastic remark like I don’t remember the discussion which never took a place. So he is calling me a lieyer. I was insulated I cancelled the deal and I won’t recommend this dealer for or at least get everything they tell you recorded or by writing. This Manager ruined the exciting experience of buying a new car.

I dealt with Ariana and she was awesome. I knew what I wanted and she never tried to hassle me into something else. She explained to me all of the discounts applied to the online price and made my car buying expirence pleasant. I went to test drive the Platinum Nissan Maurano and left out very happy with the floor model which was only one class down. After all, who needs air conditioned seats and 19 inch rims. I got everything else.

The staff was pleasant and easy to work with.They called me back the same day. Not a lot of pressure on upsells. This was my first purchase of pre- owned vehicle. The process was long, about two hours and I paid cash so no financing. I am satisfied with my purchase.

I contacted Orland Park to get a copy of the vehicle's car fax along with pictures of the actual vehicle. Caryn got back to me right away with the carfax and was going to follow up shortly with pictures. A couple days went by and I reached out to her again and to date I have not heard from or seen seen pictures of the vehicle. Very disappointing...........

Had rust all along bottom of doors, was great in contacting me and telling me about the car, just not the rust.when we got there HOWEVER, they had to jump start the car, big warning sign, they offered to put a new battery in it,but you think they would have started it before my appointment

Purchased a used car here (non nissan). Was assured everything was working and no issues with the car while in talks to buy it. Before I got off the lot the windshield wiper pump wouldn't work. When I got home, found out the heated seats did not work (lights came on during test drive, but didn't actually work). If you buy used here, get a warranty or have it checked out fully by a mechanic prior to buying!

Dealership gave me a quote one week and the very next week dropped it $700 dollars. This dealership is about getting and every dollar out of you. For a major dealership they lie to get you in and then tell you something different when you get there. BEWARE OF THEM !!!!
