It was great and very rewarding I shop at this dealer ship again.
the car was advertised as a 2018 Nissan SV. After driving 40 miles to see the car, and repeated
questions asking them to demonstrate the SV features, they said it actually wasn't an SV, it was an S,
and that their listing in Cargurus was wrong. Now they did not tell me that immediately when I arrived,
only after they could not show me features that I believed were available in an SV. For an Nissan dealer
this is unbelievable. I also asked them, OK if it an "S" then what about a better price. and they claimed
that when they bought it from the auction, they thought it was an SV and paid a higher price, so they
could not discount the car. I would recommend to stay as far away from these people as you can get!

Ivan was prompt and courteous but vehicle was sold before while on my way to see it.
I purchased a car from them and when I arrived from Minnesosta there was damage to the car that was not disclosed and it was dirty
with trash in the armrest and other places. They repaired it and cleaned it up but I had to wait four hours for the repair to be
completed. The whole car buying process was very sloppy, they listed price as higher than the actual price on the final paperwork
(good thing I was paying attention). They also failed to list an item they promised to order and send to me (once again, good thing I
was paying attention). In addition, the car had an additional 2000 miles on it vs what was advertised. I would have turned away if I
hadn't driven 7 hrs. And lastly, Ivan promised me a full tank of gas to make it back home to Minnesota. Of course, as soon as I hit the
highway on my way home, I noticed only a half tank of gas. This has been the worst car buying experience of my life. If you do
business with this company, it is definitely buyer beware.
We purchased the vehicle!!! I love Hove!!
Very responsive, never had opportunity to go look at the car though.

Fast and personal response. Unfortunately because of distance I did not follow thru.
We heard back from them right away and they have been courteous and
helpful with our efforts to find out about the car we are interested in.
I emailed twice getting one auto response " someone will get back to you". Stopped at the dealer and the car could not be found.
Love Hove! They got back to me nearly instantly. I requested some additional photos and they were to my phone within minutes. John was absolutely up front about everything and even worked with me on the price. You're the best, John! When I purchase my next vehicle it will be from them even though it's about an hour drive. John has earned you guys a loyal customer, appreciate him! The vehicle was everything I expected. She's an old bird, 2003 Yukon, so I went over it with a fine tooth comb and nothing out of the ordinary for a 15 year old vehicle. Thanks again guys and keep doing what you're doing!

Fast, efficient, sold to me (out of state) at exact price we discussed over the phone. NO extra dealer charges. Just the price and a $10 temp license place to get the vehicle home to another state....which I was told about during my first conversation with salesman.
Talked with Matt. Able to work out a deal within a half hour. Let's see if the paper work gets here within the 2 weeks as the dealership promised.
I liked working with Matt Shipley from Hove Nissan. This dealership has
reasonable fees, doesn't use high pressure tactics, and seems to offer
good value for money.
So far the service has been great! I'm in another state and they have worked with me to supply additional pictures as well as being very quick to reply with any questions I have had.
I had a great experience from my initial contact to diagnoses and repair of
components that had failed on the vehicle. All staff were courteous,
professional and attentive. I highly recommend this dealer be included in
anyone's list of automotive retailers to visit! And I was buying a used car!!
They contacted me but have been playing cat and mouse with me for over a week and I am tried of dealing with them. They keep trying to stringing me along with the loan process. They have lost my business.
Very friendly, yet professional service. Traveled from 50 miles away and I
am glad we did! Got the vehicle we were looking for. If I am in need of
another car, I won't hesitate to call them first!

I drove two and a half hours one way today to test drive this vehicle only to
find out that they sold it to a friend of the Dealer. What a scam, it sure would
of been nice to know this info before I wasted my whole day traveling. And
the car is still listed here to scam the next person, stay away from this
wheeler dealer!!!! Buyer Beware.!!!!!!

Dave, we are certainly sorry that the vehicle was sold and never intend to deceive any customers. However, it would have been great if you had called before you decided to make the trip to make sure the vehicle was still here. You requested an appointment at 2:40 am that morning and we would not have seen that request until 9am and you were already here. I know our sales consultant, Jim, felt terrible and even gave you $20 out of his pocket for gas money even though he had no idea you were going to show up. Again, we are truly sorry for your unfortunate experience.

I was treated well, the car was substantially discounted and accordingly had some shortcomings. None seem to be operational. They knew in advance when we were to arrive and which car we intended to buy. We still had to wait while the air conditioner was serviced and several details relating to appearance. After correcting the items noticed we drove off only later to notice other items that could have been corrected by the dealer. I would do business with this dealership again but I would make my expectations clearer.
We were quite comfortable with Josh our salesperson, but it seemed the service department was incompetent with respect to detailing a used vehicle for a cross country buyer, my wife and I traveled from southern CA to take delivery.
