Some backgroup, the car had been listed on CarGuru for 36 days and I live 150 miles away so I called and asked if they could confirm if there is any dents or paint damage on the car. The car was 3 years old and only had 24k miles on it, so I was expecting it to be in good condition, which they confirmed. I called to say I wanted to come up and look at it, but had noticed they had raised the price $726 and asked if I could still get the original price from when I first inquired. Initially, the Sale person said, yes but later said he wanted to confirm with his Sale Manager, who said they could come down $26. I asked why the price change and they said it was because they had fixed the paint and damage, which I'm not sure if that's true or not. I noticed that they raise the price similarly on other similar cars i had seen on CR, so it's suspect if they really did anything. My recommendation is to avoid this place.

Huge hidden charges. Would not, and never did after 3 requests, send the OTD breakdown. Typical car salesman. Found exact same car, 2000 less miles for sale price - 19,000.00 - total OTD 20,500.00. Their price was sale price - 18,500.00 and OTD of 21,000.00 Something really wrong here.

Me and my wife are in a bankruptcy and we called them and they said come by and we can do a deal so we drove all the way from the south suburbs in rush hour traffic just so they could say they don't do that.

I called and the person who answered was not customer friendly, they said the car would be at their dealership the next day from their warehouse and I would get a call when it was ready. I called the next day at 12pm since I never got a call and they said it was sold. Also the other person who answers had an attitude. Definitely do not recommend this dealer.

My experience was just ok. The sales person and time spent (3 hr process) in the dealership were the positives. Don’t except their first interest rate offer (most likely from Nissan financing). Ask them to offer financing out to other banks. Also, skip their offer for Weather Tech floor mats. They were twice the price of going directly to Weather Tech to purchase (exact same floor mats).

They provided everything I asked for so I could deliver my part as a buyer but the following day the online price on cargurus and their website increased by $1000. Not much considering the year, trim, and it being a CPO. But I had already talked to my bank about the vehicle and was willing to call back to make a visit but because the increased the price, my down payment had to be about $1000 more to get the monthly rate I wanted. Guess I can wait for more offers.

I am very disappointed of this dealer. I am expecting car that is safe, and road ready. Front tires were worn out, and car has only 25,000 miles. Front bumper was cracked. Hidden accessories fee $955. Salesman is asking you for numbers, but at the end they will tell you " price is not negotiable " completely waste of time.

Car was dirty inside with food, they didn't detail car prior to my visit, made appointment 3 days prior to my visit, car should've been prepared, tires had no tread, small leak in engine, gas near empty! They had a accessories charge on transactions details@ 790.00! Really?

I wanted to fly in to look at the car, but it has not been through their service department so we would not be allowed to purchase it until next week. Unfortunately my wife is traveling then, so the car may be sold to someone else. Maybe I can head over there at least to take a look. Also, their salesman didn't know if I can pay by out-of-state personal check - which seems odd since he is their "out of state specialist".

Sales manager pawned himself off as a salesman. He was less than truthful. Did buy the car, but would not go back for another. It was color year and model that I wanted. The car was not available for the price quoted on car guru. Actual price was 1000+ over listed amount on car guru. The sales manager , salesman could not wait to get rid of us when we came to pickup the car. As I said earlier I would not buy a car from them again.

Purchasing was smooth, dealing with the finance department was a pain. It seems like the employees don't communicate with each other and I end up with too many phone calls in a day asking for payments.

The advertised price was not the actual price of the vehicle. The dealership stated that the advertised price includes all possible rebates and discounts. However, there's no communication as to what those are. There was more haggling and negotiating than I would've liked, but maybe that's the nature of the business.

When I first contacted the dealership, I received a quick reply from Sochi. I explained how long I've been searching for this car, and how i am preapproved, and wanted to make sure my preapproval letter from the bank would be enough to leave with the car as they send the info to my bank. I have had no trouble with this at my local dealerships. Sochi told me that it would be no problem. I asked Sochi for detailed pictures of the car showing any dings, scratches, etc. She informed me that the car was about 25 minutes away being detailed, so she could not get me the pictures right away. She was insistent that I come see the car in person. After more than 24 hours and no response from Sochi, I called the dealership and asked for someone else. I spoke with Jason, who went and got pictures right away. They would not hold the car or take a deposit to hold it, so I relented and took an unpaid day off work to come see the car. When I got there, they had trouble finding the car. I asked for it to be cold so I could listen for a common issue that occurs on cold start, but it was warm. The car clearly had not been detailed as it was dirty inside and out. The car had some dings, rock chips, cracked paint on the bumper, but I could live with that stuff. We took the car to the service dept so I could see the undercarriage. Imagine my surprise as we passed their wash bay and detail area. So much for being 25 minutes away. Who knows what was actually going on with the car. We took the car for a test drive. The first thing I noticed was the sound of a throw-out bearing going bad. I also found the rotors were warped. Seeing as these repairs would not be cheap, I expected some negotiating to take place, especially since they had the car listed $2,000 above NADA retail value. They refused to even talk price until they had a credit application to make sure I could buy the car, despite having my own financing, and a preapproval letter showing I was approved well beyond the price of the car. Reluctantly I filled out an app, only for them to return and tell me they won't budge on the price because they sell quick, and some young kid will want to buy it and will be willing to overpay. I explained that banks generally don't lend that far beyond retail, and that they are looking to take advantage of some young buyer, to which they confirmed. They don't care about ripping someone off, because they can. I listed off all the issues, to which one of the managers told me "well it passed our 100 point inspection", to which I said "well then you don't have very good technicians" They dropped the price $200, but I was not going to overpay that much. Jason was nice and helpful, but the rest of the dealership sucked. I will say the building is nice, and the bathroom smells like fruit loops. You got 2 stars because of jason and the bathroom, otherwise it would be 1 star

This dealership wouldn’t hold a car for a couple hours for me. After confirming availability, I left work early to go see the car. When I arrive, I am told that the car is sold and that I should have made an appointment! This car was posted for sale earlier that morning and sold 4 hours later? 2 days later the car is posted again for a higher price, yet they continue to tell me it’s sold. Very sketchy business.

Extremely pushy salesman. Constantly putting words in my mouth and doing their best to make me feel bad for not buying a car from them. Two days later, the price of the car was listed lower online after their whole spiel about how they couldn’t lower the price of the car anymore.

I Was very disappointed in my experience at this dealership. Upon arrival to view the car and meet the sales associate Willie he said the car s 20k when it is clearly listed on car gurus as 16,994 then when I returned the next day to test drive again and purchase the car Will and the sales manager tried to increase the price on me by 995.00. I have never experienced a dealer increase a price like that I've only experienced negotiations to lower a price...shady deceitful practices at Berman don't leave and come back your car price will go up!!! I guess my mistake was trying to buy a Ford at at Nissan dealer.

I requested a quote on shipping the vehicle I found on CG but despite calls and emails I only ever got a "I'll let someone know" and then someone telling me a story about coffee being spilled on a seat which had nothing to do with my simple request. I'm giving the dealership one star since they made no move to sell me the car I wanted.

Sales rep was not there for 9:30appt. Wandered around for about 10 min. No one approached. Finally asked someone in an office who said that sales rep was no in till 1 but that there were several cars I could look at. Here's a tip: when someone is shopping on line they usually have very specific cars in mind that they have researched for days before come in, as I did. I left, purchased a car later that day somewhere else

Out-of-state buyer. Agreed on price, told me to mail cashiers' check for car. Later in day told me car was unavailable and that "car went to auction this morning," while another salesman told me "they sold the car today to someone else." Then they stopped responding. Amateurs.

In person after test drive; -Berman Nissan heaped on $2000 over CarGurus listing price -Berman Nissan reluctantly agreed to "honor the CarGurus add pricing" but held on to the additional $900 used car dealer fee on top of doc fees and taxes -Berman Nissan doesn't take credit card deposit for purchase -Berman Nissan didn't provide photos of the passenger side of the car that was scratched, chipped, and gouged from car doors beating against it for years -Brand insisted the clearly failing clutch was "normal" and mechanically passed all inspection Salesman Faustino was a nice enough guy with good communication

I drove three hours to discuss my offer for the vehicle because the representatives said they would discuss the offer in person. When I arrived I didn't get to talk to the salesman I had communicated with, the salesman who helped me looked at me strangely when I mentioned my offer, I discovered the vehicle was incorrectly listed (listed as SL, but was SV), that over $1,000.00 charge would be added to the listed price. I stood and waited for quite some time before I was assisted; all of this even though they were aware I was coming and had to travel a long distance to look at the vehicle.

Purchased the van. The ad said it was "professionally detailed"; it was anything but detailed. Called and was told "rust free and looks awesome for it's age"; the rocker panels were rotted out and the body was in lower than average condition. The paint looked great in pictures but in was chipped and scraped all over. They did however pay for my plane ticket and reduced the vehicle price, kudos for the last ditch effort. The sales manager (Jesus) and the salesman (Chuck) were good to deal with though.
