Sullivan Brother is the dealer to go, Amazing customer service, Hassel free, Joseph Borsari is great. He made me feel at ease, he provided me with the information I needed to make a decition. The Facility is Amazing, great waiting area and Great customer service, The Financing department is great. I recommend Sullivan Brothers Toyota.

Came by today to the dealership, felt like the guy didnt bother to acknowledge us. Showing us 2 vehicle that what we were not interested in, and when ask about the vehicle i saw online, the guy still attempt to show us 2 different vehicles. Stating the car we were looking for, they don't have it on the lot, when i was told over the phone, the car was there prior to me coming their. Try to get us to look at a vechile we were not interested in. The car he show me, when i ask what was the asking price for it. He said he didnt know, because he doesnt specialize in that make of car and told me to look it up on line Like seriously, that was ridiculous. To tell a Customer to look it up. Why show them the car and not know the price and tell me to look it up. When i told him, the car was in stock, i wsd told it was there. Then he said, let me drive this car down and maybe you want to test drive it, while i look up the car you wanted in our systems. So guess what, the car happen to be in stock. When ask what was the price on the car we like he gave us a 3000 difference, from this website and what i was emailed too. I was actually in shock. Of the huge difference. He blame the internet people for puttinf that price. I just told him that is a huge gap and u were tryinng to sell us something we were not looking for. He gor the nerves ro say u save 2g from this car the the firsr car i show you. When i show him this website price he said he must be the wrong car, wrong vin number. Excuses excuses. Im just very disappointed. Never felt miss treated and ignored and try to cheat us on our money. We came to buy not to be lied too. 3000 is a big difference from what i wad told over the phones and in person. Guess what after i left they increased tge price up to 3000. Look above, the car now is increases by 3000. I dont want anyone to be mistreated like we was.

Arrived and car had already been through inspection and ready for sale. Got it checked out by my mechanic and needed $1100 worth of work!! Gave salesman my list of issues found wrong by the mechanic, he then came back and said oh ya they have a “work order” in to replace 1 of the tires...really? First we heard of that pretty sure if we had wanted to buy the car that day we could’ve. Lies. I mean the cabin air filter was filthy and not even replaced...that’s a $15 part! Basic...I doubt they did anything to the car but slap a sale sticker on it. Corey was great to initially work with. Did not pressure us with the car gave him my list of issues and things that needed fixing and he said okay I’ll call you tomorrow...never heard from him or dealer again. Poor sales and negotiation. Dishonest and do not properly inspect and update/fix issues with vehicles.

I was looking for Used Toyota RAV4 over many websites and then I got to CarGurus. It listed cars from all dealerships with enough information about them. There I saw a 2015 RAV4 available at Sullivan Brothers Toyota at reasonable price and expressed interest about it. Very soon I received call from Justin Culhane. He was very informative about car and helped me with all my questions with detailed answers. He also discussed how the process of turning my leased car to them would work. He was very helpful and I decided to set up an appointment. I reached at dealership before time and started looking to their inventory outside on my own. All the used cars were so well cleaned and shining like brand new. Although that place was very windy that day but they kept cars without dust settling on them. I got inside the dealership and I was introduced to John Finley. He was ready with the keys of car and asked if I would like to take test drive. He let me see the car on my own with initial introduction. I liked that very much because I don’t like anyone watching over me while I am doing my analysis. I took the car for test drive. It was so impressive RAV4 Limited with technology package included. When I got back, I noticed there were some scratches in the car from previous owner which caught my concern. I discussed with John, and he said he can do some touch up for me. John was ready and informative about all the documents that he needed to process. He kept me informed what each document is about before I sign them on. John did his part very quickly and passed me to finance manager. Processing through finance management was frustrating and had to wait a lot. The reason was on that day only one manager was at work and it was very busy at dealership. I had to wait a long time. When I got it there, manager was very polite and apologized for so much of waiting time because of the condition that day. I found him very informative too. Finally, I was done with all finance things. I scheduled an appointment for car pickup. On the car pickup day, as soon as I reached, John was like ready right on the door for me and asked me to check the RAV4 out for all the things I had requested. It looked like brand new and all the scratches that was on the car earlier, was totally gone. He painted it so nicely. It was all so impressive. I couldn’t believe my eyes. Work was done with absolute perfection. I transferred all my stuff from my previously leased car to RAV4. Meanwhile john did all the documentation that was needed to turn my leased car in. It was like 10 min and everything was all set. All the paperwork & owner’s manual was nicely kept in folders in front pocket of my car. Car was full on gas. John synced my phone with car and explained special features about my car. I was so impressed with the exceptionally outstanding experience I had at this dealership because of John Finley and Justin Culhane. Professionalism and simplicity. I am glad that I decided to do business at this dealership.

Price is way out of line. In fact I can buy a new one for this price. They contacted me at least twice in answer to emails and every time the information was conflicting. And in two emails the information was from the same person and was 180 degrees different. Car was sold. No its not sold. Price? I'll have to check. Never made any sense.

I apologize for the confusion. Typically we send out the original email with all the vehicle info.  There is a lag time for a vehicle coming off line when it is sold and that can delay us responding with the correct info.  We also have two stores selling the inventory and sometimes it does take time to get the correct info out.  You stated the price was out of line, but then state it was given.  Did you receive the price?  Was it for the correct model and equipment that you were looking for?

Dealer got back to me immediately that the Lexus CT200h they had was sold. Several people at dealer e-mailed me about other cars, but I was looking specifically for a CT200h.

I contacted the dealer about a car I wanted- one which was overpriced for the market, but was exactly what I wanted. I stated in both my initial inquiry and when they called, that I almost certainly wanted the car if they could sell it for $XX,XXX, because that is what seemed to be the going rate. I couldn't get an exact number out of them on the phone, but even after I let them know I didn't want to waste either of our times with me coming down there, because I'd only buy it if they'd sell it for thousands less than the list, and not just to save a few hundred. I was assured they could and that it was a grat time to come down. I test drove the car and once we sat down I was appalled when they wouldn't even budge on the price a dollar. I was informed the man who spoke to me on the phone had nothing to do with the pricing- the only person I talked to and the only reason I came down. Waste of both our times. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable- the car was overpiced and they had had it on their lot for over 200 days, so the time seemed ripe for a proper deal. I happily bought the same car for the same price at another dealership the next day- only the one I bought was worth $8000 more on KBB.

Sales had zero explanation skills , then got pissed off when I tried to school them on how to try to make a deal . I drive 2 hrs to test drive a truck that I had been talking to them for three days prior before I went there , and they tried to sell me a truck with a broken E-cable , and acted like they didn't know . A big dealership like that should know about the vehicles they are trying to sell . Never would I recommend this dealership !

Good deal however ran into problems w salesman he made the deal w me and then went right to another couple like i wasn't even there had to wait 2 and a half hrs until I could see him again he's young but nice kid had problems w finance guy also he screwed up on my paper work which cost me two weeks of aggravation with bank loan and registering the car and be careful when u trade in your car cuz they will insult u with their offer do your homework before u go there

I live in KC and did a nationwide internet search looking for a 2004 Toyota Rav4 with one owner, low miles, with the front and side safety airbags (which weren't standard on that model). I had done my research and knew the model, year, features and prior ownership history that I wanted and my price. One of the vehicles that fit my requirements was located at Sullivan Brothers near Boston. I worked with the internet manager, Matt, to determine price and condition and verify the safety features and options that I required on the car if I was going to fly to get it. Matt could not have been more professional; he was direct, knowledgeable, honest and easy to deal with. This is the 5th car I have purchased this way online and will not purchase a vehicle any other way. Matt was exceptional to deal with. The dealership itself was great as well. I flew in in the morning, they picked me up at the airport, I examined and drove the car, finalized the paperwork, and was able to fly back out in the early evening. I chose to freight the car home vs the 2 day drive back to Kansas City. Everyone at the dealership was very professional, prompt and upfront during the entire transaction. 6 months later we love the car and have had no problems with it. I would recommend Matt and the dealership highly.
