Awesome experience! they responded to me immediately and I met with them the next day. I met with Jim who was very helpful. They made my car buying process a breeze, I was in and out of there within a couple of hours. I would definitely buy from them again.

They were excellent! I was able to go back and forth with someone from the dealership to make sure they knew exactly what I needed and our price point before we drove an hour to check out the car. When I got to the dealership, they not only kept to the offer they made but offered us more for our trade-in. It made the experience so easy!

They were prompt and helpful. They were not willing to negotiate the price because they said they have to be competitive in their listings to get a response. I did purchase the vehicle because it did seem to be a fair price.

Was excited to see this car and we set up an appointment and confirmed it twice. Even let them know that my hour and a half drive was taking longer than I thought so I might be a little late. We stayed in touch through email on the way up. Confirmed timing a half hour before our arrival time. I was told no problem if traffic was causing a delay. I was told the car would be pulled out in front for us. All was in order until we got there. Arrived, it looked great. Sat down with the salesman to learn that it was sold and an email was sent 15 minutes before our arrival to notify me. Really!? I do not check my email every five minutes while driving and was told a half hour out that the car would be out front for us. A horrible waste of gas and time. They did offer to compensate for the gas. We will see.

The Vehicle that I went to look at had a strong odor of smoke, though it was priced well, that detail was never mentioned. The staff/salesmen were very knowledgeable and helpful in showing me many other options including a new lease program for 2018 Tacoma's. I was given an offer I couldn't refuse and decided to go forward with a new 2018 Tacoma TRD Sport. I was very satisfied with my purchase even though there were some complications and set backs during the process, they made it right by upgrading me to the premium model. They really do care about customer satisfaction and are not the typical pushy salesmen that confuse you with numbers or make you purchase something out of your range. Ask for Chris!

Working with the dealership to purchase the car was a fine, but when they delivered the car, the driver parked too close to the curb and scratched one of the $1100 rims. I didn't notice until I got home and immediately contacted the dealership. They didn't care and said they would not do anything about it. Very disappointing.

It was Ok, they wasted very little of my time as the specific vehicle I came to look at was put on hold by a couple about an hour before I got there. They did show it to me and it was everything the said it was in there description. My loss for not acting sooner.

They contacted me back right away and invited me down for a test drive. When I arrived I was attended to right away and test drive the car within minutes. Being a Toyota dealership and the car a Chevy the salesman was very honest about his lack of knowledge about the car. He researched any questions he couldn’t answer and within an hour a deal was made. No pressure and no surprises or nonsense. I had a number that I was holding firm with and he was able to make it work. I would highly recommend DCH Toyota and would highly recommend Jamie MacDonald my salesman. Great guy and a great dealership.

Worst dealer. Drove 2 hours to look at a car after I spoke with them. When I arrived, the salesperson and I looked for the vehicle for 45min. Then another person offered to help, the sales manager and blew me off to the original salesperson. After another person helped us by offering to drive us around the lot. When he drove up to us another employee parked right in front of him blocking the road. He was asked to move and the employee said back up down the driveway and go around the other way. After looking for a while again we went inside to ask again where the vehicle was. They had the keys and title but could not find the car. After a while the salesperson asked if it went to the auction. The manager did not know but then called the auction place and found it was indeed there. They just said to me oh well. They did not offer to make a deal on another car...just oh well. I stopped buying vehicles there 5 years ago because of the poor management and thought I would give them another try. I guess they still have poor management. I wasted a day off and no vehicle.

There sales service sucks. I have a hard time reaching the sales manger and left a message with someone for him to call me and left him a voicemail and I didn’t receive a call back. I’ve never had such a problem with an out of state dealership as I had with this one. Finally I told them to keep the truck.

Had a purchase agreement and took out a loan on a truck from them only to have the sell it the next day without even getting ahold of me. When I called they were very rude and said tough luck nothing was signed yet. Do not recommend dealing with them.

Corresponding through emails. So far they have been great to work with. Unfortunately the car I was interested in does not have moonroof. They did reply back with another car that does have a moon roof,but it had more mileage than I was interested in. Very responsive and appreciated their efforts

This is the worst dealer I've been too. I talked to Christine she said the car was still available. She gets Jay to be salesmen. He says oh I think I saw the car being sold. Then he tries to upsell me. Jay was salesman all over him. Typical dealer big waste of time. Never would do business with this dealer.

I had a vey nice sales person we were negotiating price for about 2 days they called asking for down payment was getting everything together when they called back to tell me they sold it . There only for the bottom line which is your money I know there's laws and rules but they could have easily called me seeing how there was days of negotiating taking care of there customers is probably not at the top of there list

I got the car I wanted but it took WEEKS to get everything straightened out. Very unorganized dealership. Multiple mistakes or oversights. They were accommodating with alternate transportation during that waiting time though.
