Hans had patience and a plethora of information about this vehicle. Why a 4 you may ask? It’s buying a car, a process I truly dislike. But this has been the best one.

My wife and I we're greeted buy a Hispanic young man who took my information we then went to look at the vehicle and the upholstery was bad he seemed to have no reaction to the upholstery I could have purchased a vehicle that day but not with bad upholstery

This was a heartbreaker, I checked out the truck, loved it. Decided not to jump on it becuz I felt rushed and it was dark after the test ride. The salesman also wanted me to only go for a ride around the block which wasn’t even five minutes. The salesman contacted me the next morning asking what my thoughts were, I made a verbal agreement to come by after work and purchase the truck. 10 minutes before I get there I get a call that they had someone else test drive and they put in an offer. I understand I had the chance to get this truck, The manager even offered for me to take it home with me and drive it for a day which I didn’t, but I felt like I should’ve gotten a call asking if I was definitely coming, what’s the point in even calling me and asking me what my thoughts were about the truck and if I wanted to purchase it If you wouldn’t hold it for me, Overall everybody was nice, the sales manager Nico was accommodating and this was honestly a learning lesson from my experience.

This is why we strongly encourage any customer who is interested in a particular vehicle to make a small deposit to hold that vehicle. This deposit in a lot of cases is refundable if you decide against the purchase. This helps to ensure the vehicle you are interested in will be here for you. Great deals don't last long!

Bought a 2018, low mileage van and it’s giving me problems already. I should have known something was wrong when I made an appointment 2days prior and they didn’t even have the snow and ice cleaned off the van when I got there (2 hour drive). Don’t waste your time, the dealership ratings they have on these websites are a joke, can’t image how this dealership managed a 4.4 star rating. Nice enough people....but a frozen windshield washer reservoir ???Really, did anyone there look at the damn thing....I thought the 29 point inspection was done by the dealership not the customer

Dealt with joe at Kia, great guy ended up buying the car only because of him. Like others called about the car but it was not on the lot when I got there even though I got the "it's on the lot come on out to take a test drive". Not here to bash the dealer only to give constructive criticism. Please as the dealer address this issue as it will put a bad taste on your name and the reputation of the dealership. Also the dealer seemed to be scattered and lost the only one keeping the transaction going smoothly was joe. By far not the worst dealer I've ever dealt with but not one I'd drive more than 20 min to look at another car. With a little tweaking to the customer relations portion of the business and being more straight forward on a deal I think it would take this dealer miles higher than it currently is.

Bought a 2015 Hyundai Sonata Sport 2.Ot Roughly 3 months ago and I'm already putting money into this vehicle. They say the do a multi inspection on they're vehicle which for me is kinda hard to believe since the air filter was completely clogged up and looked like it wasn't replaced for a very long time. Couple of days into me having the vehicle I start hearing some funny noises by my front wheels. Didn't think nothing of it just thought that I was a bit paranoid since I already had spent money on the filter. WRONG!! Paid outta my own pocket a private mechanic to only tell me that both front links are bad and need replacement. Well there's goes $200!! Really disappointed! I shouldnt be having to put money into a 2015 car that they fully inspected and everything was FINE according to them.

They made an appointment for me to test drive a car. I told them over the phone I was coming from an hour away. When I arrived to test drive a vehicle they informed me that the vehicle had been sold two hours prior to my arrival. That would have been plenty of time to inform me of the sale. I then received two different emails asking how my non-existent test drive was even after I asked them not to contact me again. They wasted two hours of my time. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Set up a time to look at the vehicle. Confirming email came from the dealer at 8:13am. We drove 2 hours and the car was not there when we arrived. They should have notified us that morning it was gone instead of trying I get us interested in another car. Very poor service.

We had an overall good experience at Palmen Motors in Kenosha. The only thing we’re unhappy about is our sales person told us we approved for a certain percentage on our loan & the paperwork had a higher percentage. We never asked while in the finance office & the finance person never review it with us. So as we were signing numerous of pages...it was overlooked. We saw it after deal was said and done, and was told basically there’s nothing they can do & it must have been miscommunication. Lesson learned on our part :/

Car is great, price was right. I would have bought this vehicle at this price from any dealership. But like all car dealerships, it just felt sleazy. Floor mats, were missing from my vehicle that the salesman took from another vehicle, my cargo cover went missing between cleaning and delivery so that also had to be taken from another vehicle. The tires were practically bald. This was not up to the Certified Pre Owned Standard.I foolishly signed off despite asking the finance manager if this was going to be addressed. It was not, and of course it was thrown in my face that I signed. I signed off so I own up to that. My request to have the issue resolved was denied. They did include oil changes and car washes, but they were so unfriendly and just lacked customer service. I don't want to become a regular of Palmen. I don't even want the free stuff. The issue is tires not oil changes and car washes. Funny a $400 set of tires could have started a service relationship instead it ensured never to start. Also don't bother trying to buy the Chrysler extended warranty from Palmen apparantly they must make more money off of selling a different warranty. At the mere mention of it I was told how much more expensive it was, and does not cover as much....um not sure if that's true. Any how I'm just not going back to Palmen nor can I recommend them for anything other than price shopping.

No one knew what was going on. Went to look at a vehicle. Scheduled appointment with someone, didn't get that person. Spent 45 minutes with a different person who was looking for keys to show us the vehicle, then finally said it had just sold an hour prior to our scheduled appointment.

I received a basic reply but not much detail. They mentioned that I was Texas and they were in Wisconsin. Guess they didn't understand the fact that a car can be shipped throughout the country. Not real impressed.

They were great on the phone but when I got there they were very disorganized. The sales person new nothing about me even though I had been speaking with them for weeks. It also took 39 minutes to dig out the car they new I was coming to look at. It should have been ready in my opinion. We did but the car due to a great price, just painful process.

Caroline Hennesey of Palmen Fiat responded to my emails, and left me voicemails. She was professional, kind and very polite! i ended up buying a different car from a dealership closer to my home, but would have definitely traveled to Palmen to see Caroline. i appreciated her promptness in responding to my inquiry about the car, and also appreciated her follow-up emails and calls.

Dealer had half dozen people call and email. Would rather work with one individual plus they did not want to work with me.

Initial offer for a trade in was a lowball as expected. However, we came to an agreeance fairly quickly. If you do stop by, ask for Tim. Very straight forward guy.

I didn't buy the truck because I over looked that it wasn't 4x4. Mike M. the sales rep showed me many other models but, I am looking for specific items which they didn't have on the lot. We settled on exchanging info until what I'm interested comes on the lot.

Car was beautiful but we were turned off by the high pressure salesman until we met him. We lost out on the deal, in the end.

Dealer responded and very responsive to any questions I had. My experience in person was not the best. I would rather much prefer to work with someone who tells me straight up that they do not know the answer to my question and will investigate further, rather than to BS and tell me some random information.
