We bought this truck. The salesman was Kamil who, I thought was great, knowledgeable and not pushy. We still have to put into affect the detail package which was actually handled by another fellow. I am happy to this point with the truck, how we were treated and M'Lady Nissan.

We had a prompt response with a very professional salesman that was knowledgeable & through with the vehicle we were looking for. We did not visit the dealership as we were shopping online only to get the best vehicle with all of the options along with the color of Basque Red at the price we wanted. They reached out to us often & were available to answer any questions we had. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a specific vehicle as they are very quick to respond & listen to what your must have options are. They work to find the vehicle at the price you request. Not pushy nor do they try to put you in a vehicle that does not have the requirements you asked for.

Found a great car, salesmen were helpful. When paperwork was presented, a few additional costs were added, which I disputed. So they took them off. Once that was done, everything proceeded fine.

They got back with me immediately and provided the requested CarFax report. They also followed-up their report to see if I had received it and wanted to do a test-drive. By that time, the vehicle had been sold, however, they did an admirable job of keeping data current with me.

I bought a pathfinder s , I paid $27,277 + tax 0% financing for 60 months , the price on car guru was $26,032, to get 0% financing they said they had to go up in price $2,500 , I made a deal in a half hour, the next day the price on car guru dropped another thousand to $25,032 lituary 12 hours later , I kind of had buyers remorse" the car is to plastic very basic" I called 13 hours from porches to return or to get more of a discount , they said no to both of those options. That's it .. They also offer free oilchange and carwash for life . It was not a bad experiance and it was not a great experience

Worst experience ever. This unethical dealership sold me a 2017 Chev Equinox with 14,000 miles on it. Come to find out that it has undisclosed damage underneath from an accident. Contacted them right away and was told by the salesman Sam that there is no warranty, but that they would be happy to give us an estimate for “anything we are concerned about” with the vehicle. He is a condescending typical used car salesman. Will berate your trade-in, tell you his car you are buying is great, while pushing you out the door with a $24,000 car put together underneath with zip ties. He also acts surprised when you ask where the spare key is...says they will get it and mail it to you but never do. New key = $225. Management is no better, GM never in and doesnt return messages even though hes on these websites acting concerned and telling you to call him...His sales mngr called to back up Sam in that theres no warranty on a car they just sold you a few days earlier that has thousands of dollars damage they hid. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE dealer and salesman, Sam

No pics, so I drove to the dealership to see the vehicle. Said they couldn't show it to me because it was not checked over by a mechanic, and neither was it clean. D So I went home without looking at it or purchasing it. Why put it out to sell, when it is not ready to be sold? Disappointing.

Eddie Coville & Ryan Humble really came through for us. I am not going to disclose the details of our transaction because no one would believe it and I don't want to put them on the spot. The price wasn't good - it was what I refer to as "best in the country." Ryan was totally unflappable and the selection was impressive. I highly recommend you call Eddie if you are shopping for a Nissan, and please use my name. I am sure I will be contacting them again in the near future if a friend in Chicagoland is interested in a Nissan vehicle.

Not very helpful, responsive or willing to help a customer check out used car that was two rows deep in lot on weekday evening. Salesperson not willing to move out other cars. Sad that they will not gain a customer here. Spoke with sales manager, and manager apologized, but damage done already.

No knowledge of the car I wanted to purchase and the work that was done in the vehicle was backwards and question if a wheel bearing was going out with the inning and was told the snow tires were still on the vehicle. Incomitente and was felt rushed to make a deal just becuz it was end of the month and they wouldn't work with me on a deal and I had cash

Lot of hidden charges in addition to internet price , take the quote before u reach their showroom, marketing team and sales team bluffing the customers with low internet price, u will end up buying with highest price

I contacted them about a used Nissan Rogue with a very specific set of features. Their internet team responded very quickly and professionally, however, the vehicle they sent me info on did not have the features I requested (and that they listed in the email). The online description of their vehicles' features are not always correct, providing misleading info to consumers and their in-house staff.

We live 1.5 hours away from this dealer therefore we attempted to negotiate some terms via email/telephone in regards to our current lease before we drove all the way there. We wanted to ensure we wouldn't be wasting our time driving all the way there if they couldn't accommodate one of our needs. They refused to answer our questions and beat around the bush in regards to what we were looking for. Ultimately they were just trying to get us in the door. Our final email they didn't even respond to. Unprofessional to say the least.

Dealer tried to charge $300 for VIN etching without telling me. Claimed this is done to all their cars. This service costs $20 or less to perform. Still have not gotten my deposit back. DO NOT buy from this dealer!

Stopped in after talking to Gina over a few emails. Was looking at a 2014 Juke. I wanted to trade in my 2012 Chevy Sonic LTZ Package with a sunroof kbb.com had its trade-in value over $11k with 38k miles on it. They offered me $5,500 for the car. Not only this but the advertised price wasn't right. The Juke that was $16,307 was actually $18,995. They had claimed that the extra money is for being used and added fees. They wouldn't budge on the trade in offer nor would they even talk about taking off the added money to the final price. The salesman was nice and knowledgeable, but man I cant believe the low ball offer on the trade-in and them adding money to the final advertised price just to get people in the door! What a waste of time. The next day I went to a Nissan dealer in Evanston Illinois and they gave me a great deal on a 2013 Juke and also gave me over 10k for my trade in. I would never recommend my worst enemy to buy a car from here. Sleazy sale tactics and also laughable trade in offers. Please go some where else save a trip.

My sales guy Brandon was awesome! The overall experience was great! But they made me pay an extra 1000 for advertisement fees for finding them online which is a total rip off. I shouldn't have to pay for your advertisement.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. If Neil calls you from customer service don't believe a word he tells you! He is a sleazy, lying scumbag. I was interested in one of their used vehicles and was thinking of trading mine in...I spoke to Neil about what I was wanting to accomplish and he kept pushing me to come in. I told him that I didn't want to waste my time driving up there and back (3 hour trip without waiting from Chicago) and that I wanted him to do some research to confirm. I understood he couldn't guarantee the pricing for the trade in over the phone but based on what I was telling him to give me a good idea. He kept saying he could definitely make the deal happen for what I was wanting to accomplish. I called him several times before I came in including the day of my visit. I told him that I didn't want to waste my time and that I would be very upset if they couldn't accomplish the pricing that he told me. Well guess what happened? We were 10k off in pricing on what we had discussed. 10k! That's a little more than a few thousand based on this or that. They told me at the dealership that they could have relayed this to me over the phone. Neil was in the back and they apologized for his behavior as he was only working the phones from internet leads. Meanwhile they made me wait 2+ hours just to tell me the best pricing they could accomplish. Stay away from this dealership at all costs....100% completely unethical!

Sales people are obnoxious like street bangers. Went to purchase a used car my neighbor traded in. They doubled what neighbor said they gave them, then tried to convince me otherwise. Knew they were known for this but still gave it a try. Would tell anyone to buy elsewhere where money would be better spent

I had a great experience with M'Lady and specifically Elaine Roberts. The car I wanted already sold before I could get there, but then she worked like crazy to find me an even better one at a great price. 5 stars for Elaine & John but M'Lady loses a star because the rest of the sales team are all your typical, pushy annoying used car salesmen. There were WAY too many of them, all standing around wearing ties in the parking lot as we drove up, and descended on us like locusts as we got out of the car. C'mon guys, give up the stereotype!
