We have been looking for a new family car for over 3 years. This one caught our eye, so we set up a test drive thru Rich with Leandra. There was absolutely no pressure or pushy sales people, we were given all info requested and ample time to talk it over by ourselves. Purchasing the vehicle was quick compared to prior vehicle purchases, no pitches for extras. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have several good friends at different dealerships - At JV Toyota, I Spoke with Victoria and she was awesome! I spoke to and emailed several dealerships looking for the perfect used car and even though JV Toyota did not have exactly what I was looking for, (it sold too quickly) the experience of working with Victoria was great. So much so that I now feel like I have another friend at yet another dealership!

I had a horrible experience with John in sales at this dealership. I live four hours away from this dealership so I specifically asked the sales rep John. over the phone if the truck I liked smelled like smoke before I were to make the four hour drive to see the car in person. John assured me on two occasions the truck didn't smell like smoke and that he quote "even had another sales guy confirm it didn't smell like smoke inside." I drove four hours to the dealership with a check in my hand and the truck smelled like an absolute ASH TRAY inside. Better yet - when I got there all the windows were rolled down on the truck and there was air freshener pods inside of the truck to attempt to cover up the smell. The smoke smell inside of the truck was so bad I immediately felt sick to my stomach and walked away. This is such bad business I cant believe this dealership is in business. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and I will be posting this review on

Horrible experience, drove 3 hours after salesman told me car was avaliable and in detail. When i arrives car was covered with dog hair and mud inside. Then realized picture was photoshopped to hide large dents on front of hood.

This dealer was appalling: Ron said "...no special lease at this time if you have time then waiting is better at this time". What was that - you don't want to sell me the truck? Amazing how these dealers get away with such disdain towards customers. Never deal with this dealership. May they fail in the near future.

After contacting via email a few times in the morning, I hadn't heard back by late afternoon so I called. I set up an appointment for the next morning and before driving the 1.5hrs to see it, they had sold the vehicle overnight (after hours).

Quick and courteous reply to my inquiry. They followed up too. We ended up purchasing elsewhere (closer to home) and a different year car because we narrowed our search after we initially began looking. They were helpful and definitely provided great customer service prior to even going there.

I used hate going into car dealerships as the thought of being there for hours on hours going back and forth. I would rather go to the dentist, at least you know what you are in for. I was happy with the price of the car we wanted and got in and out of the dealership in two hours. Tai Tran was very personable and took care of all our needs. I drove up from San Francisco to Napa and would do it again for our next car. 5 star service from everyone there.

When I called the dealership inquiring about the car as I was in close vicinity, they let me know the car may not be available. They were nice enough to show my family and I another car which we were able to drive unsupervised we are a family of four and the prime seats only four. This was our first experience test driving a Toyota and were impressed by the no pressure to buy setting. We ended up buying a car from another dealership closer to home, but the next time we are in the market we would consider this dealer again.

I contacted dealer to set up an appointment to test drive the car based on my work schedule. Before I was able to test drive the car, they sent me an email stating the car had been sold. They ask if there is anything else I was interested in and I told them I was looking for a car exactly like the one they sold. They said they will keep me informed.

Very positive. Even though I purchased a used vehicle it felt like I was buying a new one. Don and Victoria were great although to be fair, I had been shopping for awhile so they didn't need to sell me, but they handled the transaction very professionally. One very small thing, the car was to be detailed before delivery but I don't think it was. There was quite a build-up of dirt under the back gate. No big deal at all but I just don't think it actually happened.

Take a drive out to Napa and ask for Internet Manager Jimmy Cooper! He called/emailed me regarding my inquiry and was also text friendly. The car was ready for a test drive when I arrived. Unfortunately it wasn't the car for me, Toyota Camry, but he was very knowledgeable on details and specs on the vehicle. No pressure to close me when I told him I had to pass. Good guy.

Jim Park from Jimmy Vasser Toyota in Napa has got to be the most courteous car salesman I have ever encountered. He was very honest and promptly answered all of our questions and even went out of his way to let us know he would call us if the type of vehicle we were looking for would come to their lot. He actually made me believe there are still pre-owned car sales persons you can actually believe. We will definitely refer all of our family, friends and co-workers to him..

They keep calling and emailing, but the person(s) leaving the voicemails and emails never are there when you call back? I called back literally mins from when I missed a call and that person was no longer available for the day...it was 11am. As competitive as it is out there for places to purchase a vehicle, you would think sales associates had better follow up, customer service and a sense of urgency. There's a reason the cars they post have been sitting there for months and months.
