There wasn’t a lot of room for negotiation on the price which is okay because the truck is in excellent condition. You get what you pay for.

We contacted Freeman Toyota. Inquired about the condition of the car. Was told it was nice and in good shape, clean car fax. We drove 2 hrs each way to purchase this accord. After test drive and closer inspections. We discovered that the vehicle had been wrecked and repaired. New front driver fender, bumper and chips in paint to the front driver door where it hit the fender. The workmanship on the repair was not what I could except. Car was never detailed and was dirty inside. We passed on the vehicle. Basically drove 5hrs round trip for a out of town lunch.
We ended up finding another 2017 Honda Accord Sport locally on our way home using Car Gurus. . Service was great, car was perfect and we purchased.

I drove over 3 hours to get the car and so far am happy with it. It was an all day experience partly due to the long drive but also due to the fact that buying a car from any dealership seems to be at least a 3 hour process. They made the trip pleasurable.

While the sales and finance were easy to work with (too easy), their mult-ipoint inspection did not make note of the failed left rear strut assembly. Now I have to pay $960 to repair Freeman's obvious intentional oversight, passing this problem onto the consumer. Never buy from Freeman. They should rename their dealership to Freeman's Highway. Robbery.

I went to Freeman's and asked to see a car that was on Guru. It turned out to be a manual. I thought the mistake was mine, but when I got home and looked at Guru again the car was described twice as an automatic. I called a couple of Freeman dealers to tell them about the error but they didn't return my calls. I noticed later, they also did not fix the mistake.
Had to wait in the heat for 20 mins to talk to the sales guy. Within
that 20 mins I walked around the dealership and found the car I was
inquiring about myself. When the salesman finally showed up he
opened the Toyota 4runner and the vehicle was totally torn up and
filthy inside. I asked about coming down on the price and he said the
price was firm because it was such a popular vehicle. Are you
kidding me? Hector, since when does the popularity alone of
something give it a value?
