My wife and I went to the dealership and we worked with our salesman, Giovanni Aponte. He was very patient with us even though, I am sure their margins for a used car are not the same as those for a new one. We were very satisfied and drove off the lot that day with our "new" used vehicle. Would not hesitate to work with Don Mealey's in the future.

I was told that it was sold, then I was told the deal fell through and it was available. When I called I was told it was available then the next morning I was told it was sold. A week later it was back on CarGurus. I called and was told it was sent to auction. Very confusing and somewhat frustrating.

This was a total waste of my time. First the car was not there. Then it was. That took till Monday afternoon to figure that out. By then I was unable to go see it because of the distance (Over 100 miles). Friday would be my nest opportunity. They texted and emailed me all week, and an appointment was set up, Friday first at Noon, then 10AM. I arrived on Friday after traveling 113 miles and I wasn't able to see the car because they were servicing it. They had all week to do that. I was then told they would call Friday after 1/1:30 and there was no call. I think it was a bait and switch scam. BE WARE!!!

We had a great experience at Don Mealy Chevrolet. Christian Weelan took great care of us. He was helpful, low key, and low pressure. He worked hard to make sure we knew what we were getting and were comfortable with the deal. Even though we were looking at an older used car he took his time with us and made us feel like we were just as important as a new car buyer. I would say overall we were very satisfied with our experience with Christian.

I bought a 2013 Chevrolet Spark LS from this dealership after my visit. I would recommend this dealereship to friends or family. Dealer didn't respond to my email via CarGurus. I called the dealer directly, they answered and they told me the car was still available. I arrived 30min before closing and they still let me check it out and drive it. The car was clean and ready for the drive, they took me down some roads that could really test the car. Dave was very friendly. He brought the car up, showed us everything let me check if everything worked. My aunt and I test drove it and we noticed issues and so did he. The listing did not mention this issue, but once mentioned to Dave he said they would take care of them without a problem once the vehicle was purchased. We even asked to get the decals removed and they agreed to do so. I picked up my car 2 days later with all issues fixed, full tank of gas, and decals removed.

We visited the dealership knowing that the car we were interested in was spoken for. We found everyone at the dealership was friendly and upbeat. Our salesperson showed us several cars and let us test drive a 2018 Camaro 1SS which we ended up purchasing. Our total experience was actually enjoyable and we were treated very well by everyone that we dealt with. There was never any pressure, and any questions we had were taken care of promptly, and courteously. I highly recommend the Don Mealey Chevrolet Dealership in Clermont, Florida.

I worked late and postponed getting back to the dealer (probably 3 days later) I checked to see on the vehicle thru CarGurus and the car was no longer available.

The car was fine but the guy that took me on the test drive was not friendly. I wanted to test drive it on the open road but he said there was a specific route they have to stick to and when I told him I was only test driving today he got an attitude. I think because it was close to closing time he just wanted to go home but it cost them a sale because I didn't return the next day.
