After numerous times of telling several members what I was looking for found a truck that I wanted agreed to purchase it on a Saturday that Friday at 8pm receive a text truck had sold!

They replied to me and were unable to locate the vehicle I inquired about, then a couple days later the status changed to sold on cargurus.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I traveled hours to buy a car and they told me the car was sold. They didn't show me any other vehicles and the salesman didn't seem to even know what he had on the lot. I returned home obviously frustrated only to get an email the following afternoon offering to schedule a viewing and test drive of the very car they told me was sold. Just WOW!

Dont deal with them had me calling all damn day talking to me about the car then I called at 5:08 to verify that the car is still there and I'm bringing cash money For the white charger in the morning she says that the car was sold last night but been talking to me all morning about this car and telling me about a car I can't afford big disappointment !!!!!

Worse dealership I’ve ever been to and would not recommend buying nothing from them. I was already pre approved and had insurance and banker on word go. Sat there for two hours before I asked what was taking so long and then they decide to tell me oh we sent your bank the info over a hour ago and haven’t heard back and I was like did y’all send it to the right email ? Then they wait for another hour to tell me of yeah we forgot to tell you our fax machine don’t work. . Needless to say they didn’t have their stuff together and very rude people in there except mrs Norma.

This dealership couldn’t get anything straight and the sales person would never call me back. I called and asked for a specific photo to check on the engine. I was told I would receive a phone call back later that evening and a text of the photo. Nothing. No contact. I called back twice and was told to expect a call. Nothing. The texting service was really good about staying in touch and asking if Brandi had called me yet. Nothing. I gave up and then the texting service called and stated the truck I was interested in sold 3 days later and asking if I was interested in a different truck. Kinda felt like it wouldn’t have mattered if I was because nobody was going to call me about it anyway.

They were willing to help me like no other dealership would. I needed to seek some good advice before committing to the truck and I did. I'm still considering the dodge ram they have along with a tundra but I may go back to buy the ram.

I would not deal with Kim at this dealership. When I asked questions about a specific vehicle, she lied and told me wrong information to try and get it sold. I had to do research myself to find out the correct information.

Please don’t waste your time & get a vehicle here...When we looked on the internet the price of the car was 12,000, after speaking to them & telling them we were coming get the vehicle the next day, my son seen they raised the price to 15,289 but my son still wanted the car so i said i would talk to them When we get there, These people made me drive all the way from Texas said i was approved for a vehicle..They wanted me to put extra money on a down payment which i did..When i mentioned why the price change the guy had a big attitude! Very poor customer service! waited all day for them to check the car & clean it so i could take it home, which they knew i was coming it could atleast have been cleaned for me to test drive but no it smelled like beer, meaning whoever took it home the night before got drunk & car was very dirty..The only problem was the tire light was on..well i was told i had to purchase 4 tires for the car because it would be 800 & they could not supply them for me..

Terrible dealership. This current vehicle of the 2017 xt5 that is posted has been sold almost a week ago. I had to constantly contact the dealership to inquire if it's still there because they do not return calls nor follow up. I was told that the manager been driving the vehicle ever since it was delivered to their lot, bad idea. Dealership not to be recommended

I am so sorry that you had such a bad experience. I sincerely apologize. That is very poor customer service on our part. We actually did have our manager from our used car lot driving that vehicle but that is not an excuse. We actually didn’t sell that vehicle until yesterday, however Follow up is first priority. We are just starting out and learning as we go and make mistakes and hoping to correct them. Please give us the chance to make it right. We are working so hard 12 hour days to build something good here. Hoping to stand apart from other dealerships. We need this feedback in order

This is a new delearship, so they are working all the kinks out. Their policies were like some I had never dealt with, but they were very responsive. Once there to buy the vehicle, they were extremely helpful and courteous.

Wonderful buying experience. I had dealt with the salesperson online. We worked out the details basically before I even showed up. I was traveling from a distance away and did not want to waste my time if I couldn't make a deal. They were very accommodating and the entire buying process only took a couple of hours. Plus I had them add an accessory to the vehicle which was done before the paperwork. Great team at Matt Bowers. I will definitely keep them in mind for my next vehicle.

Contacted a sales person at this lot on 4-22-17 at 8:59 a.m. in regards to a Honda they had advertised for sale they guy I spoke with said the vehicle was there. I got a ride to bring me 2 1/2 hours away from where I stayed to bring me there. Get there another rep stated the car had been sold the night before to one of his employees. I was so mad then I Informed the dealer of my drive he wasn't apologetic or anything , I mean didn't care at all. You just can't find good customer service anymore.
