reguardless i was rejected, matt was very professional, and treated me like a human being. the financial people they weren't to friendly or helpful, stuck in a room behind a glass never acknowledge me i needed help to find addis, but overall good man matt was, helped another fellow on phone while talking to me he never quit for them either. Felt really bad i didnt get approved but matt made someone else get a vehicle that needed one as well. Far as management, only met ryan, shook my hand last i saw of any those people. Guess people with cash and credit was more impirtant.

Poor communication Slow inaccurate responses Mostly automated emails telling me how they were wonderful and interested in helping me Talked to one salesman who seemed knowledgeable but then disappeared. Asked for information and pricing including extended warranty and got zero response. Little interest in making a sale apparently

I was extremely disrespected with a low ball offer for my trade in,10000 below what it was worth, that's ok if you want to do business that way. I was able to get a fair trade in at another dealership,now I'm driving their vehicle and I'm completely pleased.

I didn't buy the car from them, but my customer service experience was A+. Found a better deal and couldn't resist. I loved their contact process and the follow up was excellent. I will definitely consider them for my next purchase.

I am giving this dealer the worst rating of all time. Never in my 30-plus years of buying cars in several States have I been treated this way. I went to the dealership after getting an alert from CarGurus that the price had dropped, the next morning I test drove the car, negotiated a price, signed a credit app, and assumed that I was buying a car the next morning. I had lined up a ride and got to the dealership approximately 10 a.m. and was informed that they had sold my car. They also told me they did not run my credit, which was a flat-out lie since I got a notice telling me that my credit had been checked. This may not be illegal, but it is definitely unethical. I would suggest anyone looking for a car to steer away from All Star. I had read several other reviews of similar situations happening with this company, so apparently it is allowed by management. Dealer responded 6/16/2018 and requested I contact them. I called numerous times, emailed twice and still no response as of 7/4

Person I spoke with was misleading. Until I questioned specifically on body panels, car was mint. Then it has a 6x9" paint situation on hood. Not good to tell me perfect & then backtrack.

I made an appointment to look at a vehicle several days in advance. My appointment was confirmed the day before and the morning of. When I arrived at the dealership, I was told the vehicle was at another dealership a couple of blocks away. A couple of blocks was actually several miles. After arriving at the second dealership, the salesman couldn't find the car on the lot. He eventually found that the car was locked up and he no one had a key. I wasted my time at this dealership and they kept giving me the run around. I'd stay away!

Their standard operating procedure seems to be one of not having cars that are listed on CarGurus then switching you off to one that is in their inventory. That didn't happen to me but the Yukon I was looking at is not there but is still on CarGurus at this time. I choose not to deal with a dealership run like this. By the way, they blame CarGurus for this.

Bait and switch. When I got to the dealership, this vehicle “had just been sold that day.” I checked today before posting this comment and seven days later thE vehicle is listed for sale at the dealership. I would not buy a car from these people if they offered to give it to me.

Horrible service. Cared nothing about me or my wife, This dealership was very carefree with our time and wasted our time after we drove to the dealership 3 times. The last trip we were insured that they figured out how to get us financed for the vehicle we wanted, we get there and they try to sell us a totally different vehicle. Lied multiple times and didn't care AT ALL

Dealer sent out an automated reply with a phone number. When I called to get the mileage on the vehicle, the salesman told me that he would have to call me back. He never called back. I tried again another day and same thing. They obviously don't want to give information over the phone.

The salesman was suppose to get more info to me but kept dropping the ball. I let him know I would either finance it or pay for it out right but I needed some more pictures b4 I would drive from Jackson, MS the next day. He couldn't even get that done. I have never seen a sales organization so incompetent. They wasted my time.

Terrible customer service. I went and test drove the truck. Made an offer. It was late in the evening. I called the next day. No response. Called the next day. No response. The third day i left a message that they can forget about the sale. Salesperson, sales manager, and finance manager call me.
