We drove out to this dealer twice - all the way to Milan from Indianapolis. The car salesman named Adam was very kind and helpful with the
purchase of this vehicle. He had excellent communication, was not pushy, and we were able to get the purchase completed before they
closed which was great. There are several cars listed on the website that we wanted to see/test drive that were located off site so despite
driving an hour we did not get to see them. We probably would have purchased two vehicles from the dealer if we could have seen the
other cars. They asked us to come back when the other cars were available. It would also be very helpful for Adam and the car buyer to
have a list of prices or labels on the cars to see how much they are as we walked around looking at them. There was not listing for mileage
or price as we walked around so Adam had to go ask his manager. Hopefully that will be a simple fix by management.
In one week we went from a totaled car to replaced. Thank you!

Everyone was wonderful and good at there job,except for the manager I'm assuming he was the manager, he acted arrogant and better than me.I had intended on being really serious about the vehicle I was looking at but they wouldn't work with me even a little. I wasn't going to be forced into a deal I wasn't happy with

Very odd. Wanted all my information prior to test driving the car. After all the run around, as soon as I got into the vehicle to test drive it had the check engine light on as well as another light!!

I was taken care of with the best of concerns toward finding a reliable car at
an affordable price. I drove off the lot in a 2004 Nissan Xterra. These guys are
as good as it gets at what they do and go way above and beyond to see you
leave satisfied in what you came looking for. 5 stars out of five hands down!!

The guy in the store was cool who showed us the vehicle. Generally when we go to any dealer you see that they will try their best to persuade you, But here the case was totally different. I would recommend it.
Very prompt response and follow up to my inquiry. Very good impression considering where, I and from whom to do business with. With that said, if a dealer can't even respond to a simple inquiry I don't want to risk the almost inevitable issues that can occur when purchasing a car during and after the sale..... I always move on.

Salesman was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We covered a trade-in and Financing for the balance of the vehicle.
Finance guy was thorough and quick.
Both people made the experience reasonably fast and efficient.

Terrible. The vehicle didn't have a price listed, it said "call for
price". So I contacted them to see what the price was and they
wouldn't tell me! I know dealerships don't like to negotiate over the
phone but they wouldn't even tell me the listed price! Why would I
drive an hour to look at it when I don't even know the price? I have
$20k burning a hole in my pocket but with shady business antics
like that I will take my business elsewhere. I will never buy there
and I will make sure all my peers steer clear as well.

Got vehicle home and realized there were several issues that were
not disclosed, including odometer was not reading correctly and
serious electrical issues. Looking back that explains salesman
offering to drive it from one lot to the main lot for me. Called and I
was passed around and not given a straight answer from anyone. I
will never go there again nor send anyone else to them.
