The whole process went by quickly except for the finance part as we did not have the prequal ppwk with us as I forgot to print it. It was on my phone and required me going outside to send it the dealership. I think we needed to ask questions from the beginning to facilitate the conversation. However, the salesman was respectful and used good judgment.

I received a prompt email and text from April. She also sent a video of the car which I found to be a nice touch and confirmed what I was looking at in pictures was the car before deciding to take a test drive. The process was simple once there. I met the sales manager Mo and April got the keys and took my license info and I was off test driving on my own. Came back talked number and bought the car. Pretty easy process. Nice location, clean and friendly, non-pushy sales staff. Highly recommend Sterling McCall Acura Sugar Land.

We submitted all necessary paperwork; called them multiple times for updates and status info on the vehicle. We kept getting the run around and told someone will call us back. We submitted all check stubs and social security numbers and all sensitive documents with no communication from them.

The sales person was very helpful and respectful. But the financial representative did not have any customer service. He didn't listen, nor did he care about me getting a lower APR. Good thing my banking rep helped me out. They were pretty unpatient with me.

I contacted them immediately the day they listed the vehicle asking for additional information, photos, etc. Told them this was the exact vehicle we were looking for our daughter and we had been searching for many months. I told them we were out of town and when we would be coming to pick up - and that we would require paperwork be emailed if needed to hold. I shared we had received pre-approval and that I had run the VIN thru our insurance for coverage. TWO days later I checked in again to make sure all was a go and the rep said they said they had sold the vehicle the previous day. I was not even given an opportunity to purchase, pay a deposit, etc. - and I would have purchased at full price! The vehicle sold for less than asking. Our family has been in the car business for 20 years and I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED in the customer service, the lack of attention and overall transparency of this particular company - will NOT be doing or referring business to this dealership ever.

I test drove this vehicle and a 2018 Acura RDX. I got the usual salesman pitch “what can we do for a deal today?” Nope. I never do deals on the same day, go away and think about. Later that evening I sent an email to salesman stating my offer was “out the door”, best and final offer. Next morning received a response, sounds reasonable when do you want to pick up the vehicle. I sent back a clarifying email that my offer was out the door, all inclusive (I thought that is common knowledge with dealers). And that I would write a check for the amount. Silence. Called sales manager this morning, said we can’t do that. Told him he was getting a negative review. Will never do business with this dealership.

Overall a very poor and frustrating experience. I saw a Rav 4 and Pratik Palchaudhuri contacted me initially. This dealership's prices seemed too high and he didn't even seem willing to even consider negotiating with me. His first response was to deflect my concerns about the high price by saying it was the lowest in 500 miles- seriously- how many buyers are going to a meta-cross analysis of a 500 mile radius of car prices?. Then he told me he would call me and discuss more. Never called me. Then he had the nerve to send me one of those generic emails asking for business. I responded by saying this is absolutely ridiculous, you never even called me, bye bye. He responded by saying “Sounds good, thanks”. I was going to ignore his juvenile foolishness, but then he called me 4 times after emai (no message left- passive aggressive idiocy!!). What kind of customer service is this?? Customers should not be treated so disrespectfully. This is just juvenile behavior.

Price was great. The service was excellent. They picked my wife and her sister up from the airport, and they were On the road with their new car in less than 30 minutes. My car salesman Mike kept me informed the entire transaction.. A great experience. I would highly recommend and buy from them again

I was promised an appointment with someone yet when I arrived I was instead placed with a very new employee because the other person was busy..what is the point of making an appointment then? He was very nice young man however the manager refused to negotiate reasonably. It was a 2014....yet I have seen dealers go down on much newer vehicles with no problem but not at this place. I was told "no haggle" yet it was ironic that negotiation was labeled haggling. I will Never go back here, they wanted high car payments for a 2014 and for those price payments I can get a 2018...ridiculous.

The most honest, best experience I’ve had trading vehicles hands down. Trustworthy and old school handshakes come to mind when dealing here. All I had were photos, my word, and was over 300 miles away. They had the Best equipped, nicest, lowest miles, and best priced car I could find in 6 days of shopping. They said c’mon and we’ll make the deal. I drove down, drove theirs, they drove mine, and 20 minutes later the deal was done just like they said it would be. Car was as good or better than described, the salesperson Bob and the finance officer were both honest and a pleasure. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone shopping Acura new or used. I shopped DFW, Austin, and Oklahoma City, for almost a full week, and these guys were the only ones honestly priced and fair about my trade against the vehicle they were offering. I would make the 300+ mile trip again when I need another car. Well worth the trip. DFW.......take notes lol!!
