Very wonderful atmosphere
If I didnât have to give a star they would get
none they are a bait and switch dealership and
deceitful .They ran my credit thru all lenders
with out my approval they also were telling me
âWhy donât I let the bank repo my vehicleâ.
Meanwhile I am up to date in payments why
would you say something like that !They also
tried to sell me a deal my pre approval bank
knew nothing about!! 900 for the 1st 6months
and then magically my payments were going
to drop to 540 a big waste of time. I was cold
the car was mine. I came all the way from
another state to purchase meanwhile I spent
countless hrs in the dealership with nothing
accomplished STAY AWAY I made a complaint
with my finance company !!! If you didnt want
to sell it you should not have put it on the
website. Iâm not thru with them yet Iâm calling
the BBB next !! I put more miles on a car!! Iâm
looking to trade in . I want reimbursement!!!!!

Kim was very helpful and professional.
Don't even try to buy here. After in good with salesman,
and internet/info manager, then the general manager
calks and blows it by telling me to go somewhere else.
He doesnt want to deal with comparison shoppers. He
says if i talked to a person from another place, why talk
to to them? I thought competition was good. Why have
this guy in it if he sends you somewhere else and makes
you feel bad by talking to other dealers. Won't buy from
this dealer now

Eric did a superb job in dealing with all of my questions. Despite living over 200 miles from the dealership, Eric was easily accessible. Volz offered an excellent price for my trade in and regardless of an overall supply shortage in new vehicles, an excellent price on the Jeep that I purchased

Dealer contacted me both by text and phone to describe car and set up appointment and test drive. Everyone there was very helpful with my needs. I ended up buying the vehicle I looked at.

Very helpful but car sold before I could do anything
I drove 90 minutes each way with every intention intention of buying the SUV, so I took a long test drive (and told the salesperson I was doing
so) of about an hour. The dealer completely reneged on the agreed value of my trade and offered me a price that was frankly insultory. To be
specific, on a vehicle with a trade in value of $11,500, I was offered $3000. On top of that, he yelled at me for taking to long on the test drive
and actually had the audacity to ask how many miles I put on the odometer (which wasn't more than 10 because at least half of the hour I was
gone was spent going over the vehicle and checking out its features. The whole experience was complete waste of time. The next day, I
found the same SUV at another dealer who gave me $11,500 without hesitation. I will never do business with these people again.
Dealership did not want to work with me at all on closing the sale of this car. I am a sales manager for a large corporation and was astonished at the lack of ambition to close the sale or work with a consumer. I was very serious about the purchase of an SUV and was told the sticker price wasn’t moving (fine) and I was highly undervalued on my trade in. When I shared with the associate that the value on my trade I was being offered was extremely under Kelley Blue Book, I was not offered an explanation and was pretty much told to have a good day. For a customer that was a serious purchaser and expecting very little flexibility, I was extremely disappointed and did not feel valued.

Slow responding with requested information.
Withheld certain negative information.
Had to request photos several times.
Nuisance back-to-back calls.

The salesman was very nice and cooperative, however the truck I was interested in was apparently sold the day before . Their was another truck close to it but they were not willing too come down in $ not even a dollar. I will look elsewhere and would not.rile this place out.

Worst ever lied about condition,drove 85 miles,spent 6 hrs in store,bought truck because car I drove down wasn't going back home .three weeks later,still don't have my plate,driving with expired temp.they want me to rent a car and send them the bill.this is costing me a fortune in lost time

It was a great day! Kelvin and his crew went above and beyond to put me in
a really sweet ride. Totally professional, yet with a sense of humor that just
made it fun to buy there. The place was swamped, so it took a little longer
than I thought it would, but even that was cool, because WMMR was
broadcasting live and giving away free hotdogs and burgers. Life is good...

Dealer contacted me within 5-10 minutes from the time I
contacted them. I went the next day and bought the car. It was
exactly what they described the car as. They were all friendly,
as you might expect from a car dealership, but not over the top
or phony. They made the process as easy as they could, as
expected there was plenty of paperwork to sign, and they would
highlight all the areas to sign or initial. All in all, a pleasant
experience. 5 stars.

Great to deal with if you want nearly no communication at all!! Calls were made,e-mails sent with very little response/interest in making a sale. Could have been because I was an "out-of-stater". I was ready to hop a plane and buy the vehicle, but they apparently weren't into it.

for Anthony Cassiere. It was a pleasure working with Anthony , he's
the best . Anthony also told me to call him anytime if i have any
