They tried to push and pressure me into this car- finance wanted me to do some weird things to make the deal work out. They tried to pressure me into putting a deposit down before even coming to test drive the car. I have never had another dealership push this hard and I felt like a number, not a person.

The dealership told me they wanted $10,000 cash down and my truck for a $19000 car.
The salesman person was nice but the GM was unprofessional, he was acting like they don’t really need to sale cars…..no openings to negotiate at all (take it or go basically)

Brand new truck is missing parts and has a defective rear seat. Cesar de la Cruz was the sales guy who kept rushing. I Asked for the contracts to be mailed so I could review before signing and they delivered the contracts with the truck, not giving much time out of the day to review the contracts, or the truck. Jacob Vore has been very classless when I tell him I can’t talk on the phone, he likes to call constantly instead of replying to emails and avoid certain questions about things. Cesar promised that the missing part from the truck was going to include the hardware for the part and kept brushing off the question, And that’s what made all of this turn my five star experience into a one star annoyance, when I called about the hardware they said they were going to overnight it. Two days later, no package and Cesar says he thought I was coming 130 miles to them to have them fix the seat and install some screws.

I confirmed the car was available, I drove 1.5 hours to see it and it was sold ! They had my number to call me and they did not. Awful !

Not sure I like the no haggle price. No one cares if you pay cash, went or two other dealerships that have switched to the same type of ‘one price’ pricing. Fair deal, good car, great people; very respectful, Wilfredo came in on his day off to process my deal. Car was highly detailed and very clean. Closed the deal in a couple days. Worth the drive to Davenport for a good buying experience.

Good response time. Provided requested information promptly. Made an appt to see used vehicle. It
wasn't until I got there that they disclosed it had been a prior rental car. It smelled like cigarette smoke
and I was totally disgusted. They could have easily told me over the phone and saved me the trip. I
won't be going back.

This is the 3rd time going to this dealer in 10 years, no room for negotiation, salesman was nice, even order lunch for my wife and me, while waiting trying to get into the number, at end, no deal was done and we were kick out the dealer, so rude from them, in my line of business I deal with a lot of customers, that been said I take them to golf or lunch, if we do business is fine , if not is fine, I know that eventually one day we may do business. So invite a customer to lunch and leave it hungry is not my way to do business, not my way at least, and into latino culture is a kill a customer, I took my truck for maintenance at there but after this no way, they can keep their customers, but not me, be rude with others, be mean with others but you lost my business forever.

Sales associate Joseph was able to negotiate a deal over the phone. Once I got to the dealership they were very courteous and helped me explore options for financing, even though I was already pre-approved through my bank. Was able to get me a better Finance rate and once it got down to signing the paperwork nothing changed on the price of the vehicle. was a stress-free transaction

I had spoken to salesman about a car I was interested in and eventually agreed on a deal. Salesman called me to ask me if I would take the car. I said I would purchase the vehicle verbally and by text and had already completed credit app, sent banking info for deposit. I said to call me after work the next day to complete the deal. The next day no one called so I called and was told the car was sold. I was very disappointed and it’s not a good way to do business! But it was a blessing in disguise because I eventually found a better car at another dealership.

The Posner Park internet contact person said they would have the
vehicle ready for a test drive at noon on 7/21/19. I drove 58 miles
only to find the car was not there! They had plenty of time to tell
me the car was gone and did not apologize. They then tried to
show me other cars. I went home in disgust. The internet
operations seem to be there only to bring people into the
showrooms.

We purchased another Chrysler 300 very similar to the one we were first interested in. The salesman David was great as well as everyone else we worked with. Beautiful car at a great price.

The dealer made an appointment for me at 4:45PM. I advised that I was
driving from Orlando. Drove in the rain in traffic and found I was running
late by 10 mins. Called the dealer and they said that was fine. When I
arrived, they greeted me and proceeded to tell me that the car was sold 20
minutes before I got there. Of course they tried to give me every excuse in
the book. Bottom line, no customer service. Worst experience ever!! Wish
I could give them 0 stars!!!

Dealer called but didn't follow up and their price structure
is much higher than other dealer I purchased from
Dealer contacted us quickly set up appointment to view vehicle. Upon looking at vehicle we could smell a very strong smell of nail polish inside the vehicle. We asked the dealer about the smell and were told it was a cleaner they used to detail car. Later found this smell was an attempt to cover up the cigarette smoke from prior owner. Left dealer upon finding this out couldn’t be honest with us so didn’t want to do business.

Sales team responded quickly when I asked for pictures. I asked best price and was told that the Blue Book value is $35000. The car is actually valued at $30000. The mileage was not entered, I guess. The sales woman's only response to this was "wait 'til you see the pictures". I felt like I had been lied to. Posner Park, if you're upside down on a car, just admit it. Trust is the most important thing you need to sell a car, even if you're faking it. I won't be doing business with this crew.

My experience with Posner was excellent and I would suggest anyone in the
Orlando area to give them a try :D
They are extremely friendly without being pushy.
Had to call 5 time they don’t know what they are doing
they couldn’t find the car then out of nowhere they did
bought elsewhere you should too
Shanice and ash are terrible I’ve been in the car
business for 18 years and I wouldn’t hire them to do lot
