Miller Motors Sales Burlington, WI great dealership. Jay Passey very helpful and welcoming. Service was top notch. I will recommend anyone to go to this dealership. I traveled 1 hour and 45 minutes but when I got there it was excellent service as soon as I arrived.

Quick to respond and followed up to see what I wanted

Took a test drive in the morning. After looking at other cars came back in the afternoon and purchased. Very easy to work with, no pressure. Small hometown dealership

The dealership responded to my request promptly, however, I ended up buying a 2020 Jeep from another dealership.

They were good. Need to upgrade their parking lot. A little rough.

No communication with the salesman. I gave him all my info to purchase a vehicle over the phone and never got a response back. After everything I had to do the sold the vehicle to someone else.

Steve and the whole team was easy to deal with. Steve did everything he said he would do and we were in and out in under hour and a half.

Although the vehicle was already sold they replied quickly and offered to help us find what we were looking for. We declined and continued our self-directed search.

I initially found my 2019 Flex on Cargurus and after some discussion with my wife, we decided to check Miller Motor's other inventory for another all-wheel drive car. Instantly found a 2018 Taurus. We traded in 3 cars on these 2 and the process couldn't have gone any better! My salesman Steve Halbach and Bob Haisler, the finance guru, were both great to work with and very customer orientated. I live an hour and a half from Miller, but when the time comes to upgrade or add a vehicle, my first stop will be millermotorsales.com. Thanks for a great experience!

A bit disappointed in Brian. I received conflicting emails saying the vehicle would be ready for viewing on a Thursday, then the vehicle is mysteriously gone or sold, via a cargurus.com email. Then I receive another email, days later, from Brian asking if he answered all my questions. Honestly, I never had the opportunity to even ask any questions.

I have been searching for a while for a Toyota Tundra, found one online at Miller Motors, and called them and got Scott Lindbloom on the phone. He worked great with my wife and I, and made the entire experience so easy. I can cross off hating to buy used cars off my list, we will be buying from Miller motors from now on. Scott, was knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I asked if I could take the Truck to my mechanic to have it checked out and they had absolutely no problem with that. best thing, there was no pressure to buy at all. Practicality purchased over the Phone, being they were 1 hour and 40 minutes away. Ken Daniels our dealer made it very easy. Bob the finance guy was great to work with and even got us a better interest rate. No one was trying to over sell us things we weren’t interested in. Love my newer vehicle! I requested information about the jeep and they responded within 24 hours. Unfortunately for me, they no longer had the jeep.

Lonnie was awesome!! Took his time and shared his knowledge on cars we hadn't even considered. Came down to color & options that were available elsewhere, however we went with a Ford which we hand considered until that visit. I plan to use Miller now for my Auto service needs!

I inquired on this as they just received it. Requested pictures as I was aggressively shopping for a truck like the one listed. The sales team would not even send me a basic picture. By the next day I was told it was sold and no pictures were ever produced.

Felt like a bait and switch situation. They wouldn't give details in their first email. Then when I pushed they told me they didn't have the specific car I had been looking at.

Immediate response; no pressure, let them know when I might come by to test drive.

Over all it was a very pleasant experience. Steve Halback the salesman was very helpful and informative. I would return to this dealership if they had something that interested me.

Sent an email and told me it was No Longer Available but I should come down anyway and buy something else. 3 days later it was still on CarGurus obviously some kind of ploy.
