Asked them in TWO EMAILS for info about the car. Instead of providing the info I requested all they were interested in was for me to call them so they could have my phone number. If you tell them your preferred means of contact is email, what don't they understand? By not responding to my two requests for info on the car, THEY BLEW THE SALE.

The sales people were courteous. The only issue were the scratches on the car. I asked if they could buff them out and was told no. The next dealership did everything I asked. I bought my car elsewhere. Customers are still more important.

Overall experience was great. Salesman did not pressure, was helpful and did not rush me though it was late in the day. Everyone else gave the same attitude of help without pressure.
