1-27-25 I looked at a used car. The car was in good shape. I was willing to pay the listed price of $70,343.00 + tax, lic & reg. Salesman explained that the price was actually $4000.00 higher unless I qualified for the following 4 questions. 1. Was I a veteran? (I love our veterans but I am not one +$1000) 2. Am I an emergency responder? (love them too but I am not one +$1000) This game is getting expensive. 3. Do I have a car to trade in (nope +$1000) and finally 4. Am I financing the car with their dealership (I wasn’t using the dealership for financing +1000) so the price went up to $74,343.00. The sales mgr came out & stated that in addition to the $4000 I had to pay their "add on chgs of $2999.00 making the price $77,342.00. I offered the listed price again of 70,343.00 and $500. He said no. Very misleading, maybe false advertising? spoke to the salesman 2x and 5+ emails no mention of the extra charges. Shame on them for wasting my time. I drove 4 hours and spent $400 on a hotel.

Car was not cleaned up, dirty...bad first impression. Low balled trade in offer, then stalled when we said we weren't interested
These guys wanted me to pay $1000 extra for the vehicle because I wasn’t a veteran. Literally, a line item for $1000 added to the total for non-veterans. And a separate line item for an additional $1000 because I’m also not a first responder. Rather than presenting these line items as a discount, for people who qualify, they are shown as an upcharge to everyone else. Ridiculous and probably illegal as it felt discriminatory.
Save yourself the trouble/time and use a honest dealer; this is not that place! Any price they have listed online
is nowhere close to actual price that you will pay. Get your checkbook ready, because this place will take all of
it. Their dealer fees, junk fee, extra stuff you don't need fee, etc. .... it will all cost you at least another $3,000 to
4,000. Read their reviews and the fine print.

Exceptional follow ups.
The out the door price is $27,000. The actual prices are a few thousand dollars higher and they claim that you get discounts or don’t get discounts based on your status. Also, they have a mandatory engine warranty and dealer fees that rack up over $10,000 on top of the price of the vehicle.

A little nervous about an out of state purchase but ended up being very easy, smooth, great way to save money, have a trip to Florida and make memories driving my new car back home. Offered a decent OTD price. Didn't buy because of distance, the savings wasn't enough to make a flight to get it. Only thing I didn't like
was they advertised a very low sale price, I assume to get to top of listings, then added a bunch of fees ect. Guess that is a Florida thing,
though. OTD price was what we were shopping for, so I guess it wouldn't matter if sale price was $1, and the rest all fees, as long as OTD
was good. So if closer, we may have bought from here, but just couldn't make it work with the distance.

Horrible experience when a dealership ups the price of a vehicle within 30 minutes of telling them to send you some payment figures because you want the car. They refused to honor the price that I screenshot before I even called them.

My sales rep contact, Nate, was polite and professional showing us 3 different vehicles, however, had no knowledge of vehicle type, features, or what their dealer inspection included. The purchase process was stereotypical used car sales scenario. The out the door price was over inflated, dealer prep included unwanted additional warranty and protections, document fees were above Fl average, was shown 4 different tax amounts on same vehicle price.
Called dealer to see about purchasing a 2023 F450 for what seemed to be a good deal and found out quickly that it was to good to be true. A $2999.00 charge for a GPS device, a BG oil additive and a oil change. The salesman also was rude because I asked why did I have to pay for these items when I didn't want them. Salesman stated we do this to all our cars that are sold so we know where our cars are and customer does as well. Wouldn't that be called invasion of privacy if I don't have a choice if a tracking device gets put on a truck I'm fixing to pay 80k dollars for? So I choose not to buy here and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
I was interested in a Q7 that was listed for 28490. The dealership added 2,999 in "dealer installed accessories", 1,198 in Dealer/Doc Fees. So out the door, the car came up to $35,119 (almost 7k more). Save your time and the trip, they might have the lowest price (to get you there) but you will probably spending more with them. Not to mention, they keep calling claiming I had an appointment with them.

The salesman and general manager both contacted me were very kind and professional. Unfortunately, we could not make a deal as in
my opinion, the vehicle was over-priced after having a third-party inspection performed on the vehicle.
I asked for an out the door price with raxes and title, including delivering the vehicle to me in Mississippi. The only responses I could get is "We need your phone number ". No you don't until I make a decision based on whether or not your price was acceptable to me.
I asked more than once for the total delivered price. The vehicle sold without me getting an opportunity to say yes or no.
Bad Customer Service on the part of your internet sales crew.

Initial contact in person was painfully average. From there they were unwilling to negotiate on price and generally seemed uninterested in the entire process.

Good price online but after calling the dealer and talking all day back and forth with the sales person, the price was raised by a couple of thousands. Basically the dealer had a different price than the one provided online plus all the fees the car was overpriced!!!!!! Zero consistency....

I'm on the road constantly and expressed that to them and wanted everything to be done and prepared ahead of time. I was told all was ready, financing approved, paperwork done, just show up and sign and leave. That wasn't the case, and the lender needed things I couldn't provide. Really didn't like wasting a whole day for this

Since our first new car purchase in 1973 this was the 22nd used or new car. The staff were all, throughout our time there, very friendly and helpful. Their operation overall was efficient and we finished the test drive, deal (with some serious negotiation) paperwork and delivery probably faster than any we’ve ever experienced. Considering that we typically don’t enjoy the car buying experience, this one was pretty comfortable. I don’t know what your needs are but the Ulm dealership might be a good place to start.
This car was in ruff and when I said I wanted to look at another car all the sale person wanted to do is run my credit I told him let's look at the car first and he said I was wasting there time and mine if I did run my credit first so since I was wasting there time I walked out and order a car from some place else I would never go back there and whats funny I bought 50,000.00 mini van from them in 2018 but won't go back now

1999 added on used cars for warranty and lo jack , that I dont want. 500 to transfer a tag ,lol. internet salesman jay said he did not like my
tone and we were just texting, then he got rude with me. Bad business practice , they say its online but NOT on CAR GURUS where I found
the deal. I would have bought the car just not the extra 1999 of BS charger which are BS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best price - one of the few dealers not charging over msrp - in fact I saved thousands under msrp. Was well worth the drive from Jacksonville. Made the deal quickly- no game playing. My new go to dealership. Also- the salesman knew his stuff about the car and the finance guy was low pressure. All around great experience

People were nice, but we are not a fan of the high-pressure/cookie-cutter sales experience. I stopped counting the number of times our salesperson told us that they were “#1 in sales for a reason” and that this should prove to be a reason to trust them at 10. Definitely do not trust them and will not be back.

Online price wasn’t the same as in person. Dealership was new an clean. Very large and a ton of inventory. Sent message from CarGurus and didn’t get reply until 24 hrs later. Called and sales person didn’t return my call. I called a drove 2 hrs to dealership and met with a good salesman. Cost was higher on person vs sticker online. Bought a truck elsewhere.

They want to force someone to buy a limited life time engine replacement plan and low jack system, they should give you the choice at purchase and I did not like that. I shouldn’t be force to buy something I don’t need or want. Plus be told well that’s how we make money we are not removing it from purchase agreement.

SCAM. First they overprice the vehicle, then they try force tacking on some atrocious warranty bringing the car to a price
you could get an actual AMG for. Silly silly. Dealers and their salesmen really have the audacity these days.
My advice to future buyers- do your research fully before contacting this dealer because if you don't, they will make sure to
take advantage of you.

One of the worst experiences ever with a car dealer. Every time there is contact
made by the dealer to the customer it is like you are a brand new customer; what
conversation went on before is forgotten. Made an offer and the response was
"sounds good," which I found our latter means to them "no." Constantly inviting you to
their new dealership to test drive the car. Who wants to test drive a car you might not
purchase or to visit their new dealership; my time is more valuable than that?
CarGurus advertieses whether the selling dealership is over or under the market; so
how come when they quote a price it is $5,000 over the market with all of their taxes
and fee after fee? Not a very good way to run a business.
They responded promptly with the customary form letter , but reiterating my request for the car's
service history , that was forthcoming , as was the detailed O-T-D I wished to peruse. They arbitrarily
padded out the cost with $999 dealer fee, $573 doc.fees and $1,699 for BG protection plan . I thanked
them and discontinued my interest.
The dealer provided photos on repairs Done to the rear bumper in their shop. I asked them the detail the repair and they failed to response. I submitted an offer lower than their internet price of 64,000 and change. They responded by making an offer to me which Included a $2000 increase for items already included in the price and not disclosed openly. I received a call from a manager indicating that this was disclose as other fees and items added by the dealer. This Dealer uses in my opinion shady practices when pricing vehicles. I found a better deal with another dealer. Beware!

We felt their offer for our trade-in was low, so we purchased from another dealer with a much better trade-in offer, a 2020 Grand Cherokee with fewer miles & several more bells & whistles & the balance of manufacture warranty. Less dealer cost Um's was $999.& no add ons like added insurance on final price which was over $800.00

Dealer misled on CarGurus by advertising a lower price than what they are selling it
for. The advertised price is not what they are selling the car for. They use bait sales tactics - the
second one is when a senior manager contacts customer back pretending to not know how his
sales people were trying to over charge, and offering to work with you to make the sale
happen. Did not appreciate any of the hassle and haggle. If you are reading this, stay far away.
Is one of them dealerships that adds so called “dealer installed options and upgrades” to their cars that range a little under 2000 dollars. Which if you go to other dodge dealerships they will tell you it’s just a bunch of non sense because they don’t allow you to not include them in the purchase. If you are ok with extra dealer fees everything else is great with this place.
The price of truck changed by 10 grand after
they ran my credit and sent me offer. Extremely

The dealership advertised a truck on your
website that was listed for $25,498. I spoke to
the salesman who then sent me a video via my
email account. Nathan Foreman
was the individual I dealt with. I submitted an
online application and my credit was run by
several financial institutions as well as the
dealership. I then received the
"numbers" as Mr. Foreman called them and the
trucks price had increased to $35,555. When
questioned Mr. Foreman stated that they were
not held to the advertised price
because they used third party advertising.
This ordeal has caused my credit score to drop
by over 20 points.

Talk to them and never got in touch we me as I had a question about the front flair damage.
So I went else where to buy a truck.
Pressure sales. At least 4 different people contacted me about the vehicle I was interested in. The manager sent me a quote. Crazy add on’s. The car listed for $8,500. A good deal. But with add on’s it was at $13,000. There was a $999 for doc fee’s, relay. I never realized filling out a standard car sale agreement cost so much. 3 different Taxes and a warranty policy. I’ll never shop there again. I can see why they have the FANCIEST dealer ship in the Tampa area. NO THANK YOU SCAMMERS

The price of the truck was listed as 33,285. Out the door Price was 39,000! There was a chip in the windshield that you couldn’t see in the pictures and they refuse to fix it for me! Told me they didn’t have insurance on the truck that I will and fix it under my insurance which is insurance fraud! So I have to pay out of pocket for a new windshield! So after paying $6,000 over listed price of the truck I have to pay an additional $600 for a windshield. I was very disappointed in the service of this dealership and I do not recommend this place to anyone!!

Actual "Best Price" according to dealer was 10K higher than cargurus best price
listed...10K!!!
The dealer said the only way to get that price would be to qualify for every possible
discount available (extremely unlikely scenario)...and then said there was a listing error on
the cargurus site because the after factory modifications had not been included. What is
the point of internet research and asking for the "best price" on cargurus site if all it does is
prompt the dealer to contact you and pull the same old school negotiation tactics that one
tries to avoid by shopping online???
Extremely disapponted in the lack of transparency and questionable ethics.

Great and quick response from Noah, he provided excellent guidance and was super patient with us as we decided which car to buy. Never pressured us in any way, understood our needs and helped us navigate the process quickly and efficiently.
Noah and sales manager Wade helped us get a great deal in a new vehicle without any hassle. Everyone was extremely courteous and considerate of our time, even Albert Franco in the finance department did his best to see us promptly and take care of our needs.
Very pleased with our experience, they are in the process of building a new facility so there is some disruption going on, but they managed to still give us an experience that beats any other!

The truck was ready when I arrived, but the price was $1,000.00 more than posted. NO DEAL!!!!
The dealer was very responsive and professional. I didn’t get the car due to them not having it onsite, as I wanted to be sure of the mileage. Upon next contact the car got sold, was only disappointed because I didn’t know the car was onsite the day of and I lost out on a good car. But the dealership was very professional.

Misleading They have a 862 dealer fee which should be in advertised
price , a They quote the Lowest trade in value , typical misleading auto
dealer, and first caller was very pushy, Internet manager was gentlemen
however when all factors are consider I most likely will not make trip to
this dealer

Vehicle not available to be there eat driven. Unable to contact sales rep nor did he call back
Very disturbing, after confirming appointment to see vehicle several times,
were told at the last minute that vehicle was sold to "someone that flew in
to town, to purchase vehicle". But, that was me and my wife! Then, we
were told it was someone else. Very strange that two buyers "flew in" on
the same night for the same vehicle, and that it sold within a 20 minute
window, after being on their lost for over a month. Felt like a classic bait &
switch. Talked with a sales rep that said he would take this issue to
manager, but no call back.

Was looking at cars online and the team at Jerry ulm dodge helped me with all my questions and got back to me fairly fast.
Overall the experience was great and Nick B. was an amazing sales
man. Got a really great deal, he was always upfront with the numbers,
and delivered on all his promises. The dealership warranty they offer is
also reasonably priced and very legitimate. Another salesman we briefly
dealt with was not as forthcoming with some of the costs and I would
not recommend. Additionally the Finance Manager who was completing
my paperwork was clearly new and almost made 2 very large mistakes.
I had to correct him to mark my car as still being under warranty, and to
add a few items to the "Owe Me" slip to fix a few minor things on the car
before I picked it up. While I can't say enough good things about Nick
B. and the warranty options provided by the dealership, my brief
experience with the other sales rep and the corrections I had to make to
the Finance Manager are why I couldn't give the dealership a 5 star
review.
It wad avfreaking bad experience. I called to go see the BMW 528I. I was told it was there. Your dealer performed a nasty bait and switch. The sales manager took me out to the lot, couldn't find the car, all of a sudden are you interested in this other BMW. Next time make sure the vehicle is there, don't play games with clients.

We had great experience from start to finish. Both my wife and I look younger than our ages. 36 & 31. From time to time and through the years we've noticed being treated with less respect or seriousness. Especially at car dealers or furniture stores. Our sales guy JERRY LEWIS was awesome! He remained upfront and honest with us from the beginning of the process and tried VERY hard to make things happen and make so happy. The deal was so good ....I'm not sure I should mention it.
