The initial contact Shelby Parker was very prompt. I was informed that salesperson would contact me when then arrived @9:00am. I
never received any contact from any salesperson. I was already approved through my credit bureau, so I was ready to purchase. I
decided that the lack of interest was a red flag and went elsewhere. I did purchase a vehicle that day but from a different dealer who
wanted my business. Initial contact person was stellar, nothing after that. Would not recommend this dealership for lack of customer
service by salespeople.

I did go and test drive the Santa Cruz truck. I had been Emailing with Angel, who was very nice, but the dayI went he was already with another potential buyer. He came over, it was nice to meet him in person, he explained he was not going to be able to help me, but introduced me to Mitch who was going to assist me. I ended up test driving an additional vehicle also. Mitch was very nice and personable also. Angel checked on me again while I was there, and also came and said goodbye when I left. He also sent a nice follow up email. I appreciated his friendly, non-overbearing desire to hello me. That in itself made a great experience. I never felt pushed or overwhelmed at this dealership, it was a good experience. (I did find a vehicle I liked somewhere else though, so I did not go through the full car buying experience here though.)

Car was filthy and had a leaking exhaust and poorly working retractable top. Salesman told me to take car to Macco when I pointed out the clear coat was peeling off hood. Looks
Like they have a body shop right there. Car was overpriced for its’ condition. Then the next day I get a text from DriversMart asking to reschedule my test drive because I missed it. Totally unorganized and non professional. Purchased a car from another dealer.

I was contacted within 5 minutes by the online sales manager Deon, who connected me with sales associate Sammy. These two need to train all future car sales associates! They sent me a personal video introducing themselves plus sent me a video of the car. I’m in NC and they’re located in Fla. and I was hoping my mom ,who is also located in Fla ,would be able to check out the car for me but unfortunately it was too far her to travel. I’ve been looking at cars here locally and I can confirm my comment above that these two sales associates should be training others. It would be worth the plane ticket down just to continue the pleasurable buying experience I had via text and email!

I didnt purchase the car but the experience was much better than expected
I made contact with a time I was going to be there, but the car had to be jumped off and although the sales person was very polite, knew almost nothing about the car. Also they don’t touch any of their cars. No inspection, no service, you get nothing. It’s like flipping a house and spending or doing nothing. Not the way vehicles should be sold. Very surprised considering they are owned by the Holler family...

When I got there, they stated the equinox was in the shop for service and wouldn’t allow us to see it or set a time to see it. Then they sold me this 2013 Santa Fe because they said it was the only one to fit what I wanted, which was an SUV with backup camera. We heard the brakes scraping during test drive and they said they would get it checked. Well we drive it around once and the brakes are scraping, there is damage to one side of the car, and the next day it wouldn’t crank. This just hasn’t been a good experience

I received outstanding service from this dealership James was very knowledgeable regarding the vehicle I was interested in, I also was happy they told me that the vehicle was still there took for test drive loved how the vehicle ran drives great. I bought the vehicle the same day paid cash. For the price and the body style I needed a large vehicle to carry my pet rabbit max.

The paint job on the picture gave no clue to all the mold and disrepair of the leakey top. It had an unreasonable price considering all the damage and rust. I will never go to see ANY of there cars ag as in.

Horrible. Told them we would like to see a truck, but had a 60 mile trip to the lot. They made an appointment to test drive and the vehicle was locked in the service bay. Sales
blamed it on service, internet team blamed it on sales, complete mess. GM offered no reconciliation other then "sorry, these things happen." 120 mile drive for no reason. I
would not buy anything from this lot.

Dealer has a no hassle price, but in cargurus.com they raise the vehicle price $1300 I spoke with the manager if he could give me the price the dealer originally had listed the manager firmly told me no. With the original price, monthly payment would of have suited me and I would of been extremely satisfied with my daily commute.

I was paired with a condescending and blundering car salesman when I visited this dealer. The car I drove had a broken key and the starter was wobbly like someone broke into the car. They didn't budge on the price of the car either.

First inquired about this car and I was contacted by two people. Neither responded to my second message. Got a call the next day from another person to set up my appointment with one who never responded and when I got there another person became my salesman. The next day I got an email from the original person who never responded thanking me for choosing him? Seems a bit unorganized. The car I ended up buying had a transmission light come on as soon as I left and I live an hour and a half away. My mechanic said the car is no good so I returned it immediately. I left out a lot but overall it was a weird experience and wouldn't recommend. Especially since it's a no hassle dealership. Only pro is the 5 day return policy.

They were responsive to my inquiries immediately. However, I found that I was not interested in that small a car and have purchased another car that meets my needs. There is no concern on my part about this dealership as they were very solicitous.
My experience with Holler was excellent. There was no pressure to look at another vehicle or the ping pong with finance. My Representative Vernon, worked with me throughout the entire process even on his day off. All their prices are as shown, with an additional dealer fee that is listed.($799) Overall, I got the car at a lower monthly payment than I was expecting. I've been with the car for about a month now, and I feel completely satisfied in working with Holler.

Edmund was AWESOME! I really liked him and the process was very smooth. I was really happy and he gets 5 stars! The financing guy however would not stop with pushing the extended warranty. I had to tell him a good 7 times that I don't want it. They wanted $240/month when my mom pays $41 for hers. My mom finally had to holler at the guy. He just wouldn't stop. He gets 0 stars.

Everyone I met was very nice, helpful and kind.
Especially John. I actually bought a car but had
to return it. I know the dealer's policy is "as is"
but could someone just check the dip stick,
make sure I didn't run out of oil on the way home.
I travelled 75 miles and it was almost a disaster
getting home.

Edmond, the salesman , was very attentive to our every need and the service was outstanding over all. We had a few glitches but they were all worked out in time and the car is great, my wife loves it. There was no attempt to up sale or re-direct at any time and the information provided was always to our best concern. would recommend as a dealer to anyone!!!
Seen like great people. The only reason I didn't buy was because I needed to get the vehicle an inspection before flying down there. They would not have the vehicle checked out prior to me buying it so it wasn't worth making the trip down there unless I knew more about the actual condition of the vehicle.

A bit slower to respond, but did give me the info I had requested and reached out another time after that. Actually went in to the dealer and bought a car. The sales person was very nice and not pushy. Once you get to purchasing the vehicle, the finance people will really push for you to get an extended warranty/guarantee.

We called 3 times including prior to our 45 minute drive in the rain to verify the car was still available and advise we were on our way. They assured us it was. The dealer even called earlier in the morning to ask if we were coming in. When we arrived the car was not ready and after waiting 15 minutes, we were told the car would not start. We left and will not return. We will tell our friends of our experience. The customer service was attentive but the product didn't come through.
I sent them a email requesting info about a Honda Accord coupe and a salesman got back to me telling me that a manager was going to get back to me they never got back to me and what the salesman followed up a couple of days later asking me if a manager got back to me I said no he said he would speak to someone two days later passed and still nothing finally a manager got back to me only because he asked me how was my experience and I explained that it wasn't the best one but it was too late I already started looking for another dealership
They replied very quickly to confirm the vehicle was available. Very friendly staff. They offer a 5 day money back guarantee, for any reason if you're not satisfied, you can return it. Which is exactly what happened with me. And they stood behind that promise. I would buy from them again.

I was very interested in purchasing a 2013 Matrix. They advised me via e-mail that the car was there before I went to see the car. I went to the dealership twice on separate days to see the car but the car had not yet arrived. Several hours after my 2nd visit, the salesman called me to say the car never left its place of purchase because the car had already been purchased sight unseen. My issue is the car appeared available on their website for 4 days when they did not even have the car and it had been sold!

Great deal with a no haggle experience as they do not negotiate. The price
beat everyone else around. The only drawback is that I only received one key
which should not happen when you buy a new car (3k). Their was no
compensation for that. Alberto (Sales) and Stephanie (Finance) were
excellent.

This was the worst experience. The car had been tinted in the front
windshield and it was peeling off and bubbling up. The tires were all bald. I
was carrying a check for 10k in my pocket and when I asked if they would
fix any of this there response was NO. I said "okay goodbye"

The sale associate Isaiah Beureuse is so cooperative. From starting he explained the policies. Dealership is clear and fast. I bought the car in an 1 Hour. Dealership fee is little high. No hidden taxes and charges.

This was a new experience, in that this dealer has a unique marketing plan.
They rely totally on Carfax to give you a history of the car. They do not inspect nor make any repairs or adjustments to the vehicle they are selling. It is presented AS IS. After buying autos for 65 years this was different and not comfortable. Their sales people were courteous and efficient,
Doubtful I would deal with them again. But that's just me.

Did not like the fact that they did not negotiate at all, knowing that the
vehicle had visible interior damage.
Definitely a meat market car dealer, however, the price was not bad overall.
If you don't mind being in a meat market, it's fine.
It was fairly low pressure regarding upsells, but they did offer some.

Having never bought a used car from a dealership that specialize in only used cars I wasn't sure what to expect. Our sales person was quite nice and fairly knowledgeable about the van. The aggravation came when we had to wait over 2 hours to process all the paperwork and meet with the finance guy. Not sure why as we were pre-ap proved. The place was very busy and had only 2 guys working the finance side of it. The other disappointment was the fact that they don't do any kind of detail work on the car. When they say as is, they mean it. We were told the cars were washed once on arrival and not again. No wash, no carpet cleaning. Our sales man cleaned out windows and that was it

The vehicle I was interested in had been on the market for
several months with multiple price reductions. I made a
reasonable offer on the vehicle and the dealer refused to
consider nor even counter my offer. Instead they passed me
from one sales rep to another, giving me the same runaround.
The following day the dealer removed the vehicle from their
listings! Drivers Mart does not appear to be concerned with
customer satisfaction. A complete waste of my time.

Waste of time, even though sales person was very good, he had no support from Management, who could care less if the car was sold or not. Seems they beat the value of my car down due to what computer displays, why even take a car over for them to examine if everything is 'canned'.

They were very helpful with keeping me updated on availability of the car I was interested in. Since I was traveling a long distance they agreed to hold the car for a short time to allow for traveling time and gave me a deadline to be there. When I could not make the deadline, I called them from on the road, told them my progress and I was told they would continue to hold the car until my arrival. The price on the car is what you pay. Tax and dealer fees are added on. Finance department arranged financing and was very helpful to get me suitable payment options.

I walked into this place with a bad taste in my mouth after visiting another dealership up the street that tried to pawn off a few cars that I had no interest in. Highly skeptical upon walking in, it really didn't take long for me to become much more comfortable in this sales environment. The sales associates were very knowledgeable and upfront about the condition of the cars on the lot. The financing process was pleasant and painless. rescinded the bid, because they kept bugging me. How did they get

They were unable to get my payment at the price that I wanted
after spending hours there. They wanted to tack on all kinds of
extras. Visually the cars looked good, but with a closer look not
so good. The tires were almost bald. There was a crack in the
side view mirror and tape wrapped around a wire under the hood.
You buy the cars as is and it is up to you to have it checked out
within five days or 300 miles.

Everyhting was great except the finance manger tried to sell me on
a higher interest rate,TWICE,,finally he came down to 2.60 from
3.99%!!!!!!! Service was great too,only charged me the diagostic
charge and not the tire rotation fee to fix the pull from the tires!!!

made through Car Guru or if they were returning my phone call. I had
called to make an appointment the following afternoon, but either
way - they made it work and Alex didn't make me feel like it was
trying to scam me. Sofia in the finance department was incredibly

My salesman was cool, knowledgable, no pressure. Then the other guy tried to sell me a 4 year $6K warranty/service warranty/GAAP insurance/ etc. package on an $8K car. Don't add this to your purchase, it's always a rip off. They had a lower tier one but still a rip off and they never honor the warranty. They all but promised me a low interest rate then I get a call after I drove home with the car a couple days later that it was 2% higher. Also realize a lot of their lower end vehicles are buckets, you will need to check them over thoroughly and get them detailed yourself. Also a couple minor things have popped up a week after purchasing the car, that might cost me a few hundred more, which still keeps my overall cost below most others including private sales. All this being said they have pretty good prices and I would consider them for my next car.

were no high pressure tactics. Financing was easy,
with a variety of companies to choose from. The staff
was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean,
spacious and well lit. Be aware and comfortable with
the fact that this dealership does not inspect their used
cars. They are literally sold as-is.

My sons (9, 6 and 2 years old) and I had a wonderful experience at Holler Drivers
Mart in Winter Park, Fl. Everyone was friendly and our sales associate, Edwin
Lomonaco, was very courteous and professional. At no point did I feel pressured to
purchase nor did I feel mislead. I was surprised at the variety and quality of their
inventory. They have vehicles for just about every budget and the prices are very
reasonable. They actually made me an offer to buy my vehicle even if I didn't buy
from them. They offered me $600 more for my vehicle than the other two
"stealerships" had offered without me having to play the numbers game. I purchased
my Lexus GX470 for under $3500 of the True Market Value. I would definitely
recommend this place to anyone who is currently looking or will be looking to buy a
vehicle. When the time comes to purchase another vehicle, we will be back at Holler
Drivers Mart!

I will give them the benefit of the doubt that they didn't know that the car I was looking at had been in an accident and received major damage. My down payment was returned promptly.
They will tell you that their cars are only available for 30 days and then go to a dealer who will detail them better and sell them for more. I do believe they have cars that have been there longer than 30 days. The pitch seems to work because they sell a lot of cars.
