I asked the dealer for service records on the truck and he told me they don’t have service records. I said no service records, No way will I buy a used truck without service records to prove truck was maintained. So I said no way

Terrible they never even had the vehicle and he said over 100 other people probably was bidding for it before me when they told me that it would be out of the shop and I will be the first to see it Friday morning completely wasted my time

This was the first Armada I drove, was impressed, but after doing some homework, I am hopeful to find a couple more upgraded features in a different Armada. The dealer rep was patient and informative, told me the vehicle I drove would probably sell soon and it did. He is now looking for something more suitable for me, and if located and offered at a good price, I will go back to test drive once again.

Had an awesome salesperson Misty, made my car buying experience fun and not so lengthy. Was wrapped up and out the door in just a few hours. I texxomwnd if you need a car rental cars are the best way to go. At least you know exactly what your getting. I love my new Toyota Camry. And my financing went smoothly without even one hiccup. Thank you Rose, in the finance dept. Really a great experience cat buying.
No pressure no haggle sale. Unlike some other dealers they actually had the cars listed on their website.

The staff were awesome. The salesperson answered or found answers for all my questions. They understood my financial goal and did not pressure me to buy or commit to anything I wasn't excited about. Even found me better rather than my credit union offered. Overall great experience, was actually a little impressed.
It was a huge relief dealing with Hertz versus many dealership experiences. I came to them with a
set of particular pre-owned vehicles in which I had interest, we examined & tested the ones which
were available, and later I returned and purchased a vehicle. There is no pressure, no complicated
sales tactics trying to add on extra fees etc. The vehicles are recent and well maintained, sold at
good prices, and come with a Hertz powertrain warranty; some brands & makes still have
manufacturer's warranty time/miles left. My salesman treated all my inquiries seriously. They offered
financing better than the preapproval I had. Other services were offered but only politely, not
required and not pushed. They went out of their way to help deal with some issues arising from one
vehicle inspection until we were able to investigate to my satisfaction both the issue and the
warranty coverage that applied. If they have vehicles, years & mileage which interest you, you
should give them a shot.

Talked to Hertz salesperson and let them know I was coming from out of state and it was a 4 1/2 drive to get there. I was assured the car I wanted was still available for sale and it would be ready for me the next morning. I arrived the next morning and the car was parked in the front which I thought was a good start but then the problems started. I test drove the car and it ran fine, however it needed to be vacuumed, washed, and detailed. I was still going to proceed with the purchase as I was willing to overlook the cleanliness as that can be fixed. The deal breaker was that the car needed to be smog checked before it can be sold. Hertz was unable to get the smog check done the same day. They said I should either spend the night in Las Vegas or just drive back next weekend and pick up the car. I couldn't spend the night as I had to be back home, and the sales manager did not think it was a big deal for me to drive another 9 hour round trip due to their oversight.

Hertz website is deceiving. The vehicle interested in was published on website, but when visiting lot , agent stated that vehicle was not available to the public due to some type of inspection. Disappointed in the explanation, left contact info with agent, no clear answer was ever/yet communicated.

First I received a couple of emails from them. After choosing vehicles I called them to
verify they were in stock. Vehicle prices were well below any one else both dealer or
private. I purchased from them. They made the entire process easy without pressure.

Awful experience. They are selling cars with water in the coolant, cars without fire retardants and not passing safety checks. I bought a car and my mechanics found 16 different issues with the car. Not worth it at all.

We where held up for way too long. I waited 2 hours just to get basic
information and a simple test drive. Salesman ran my credit even though I
asked him if it was really Necessary. Sales manager, said he should’ve
never ran my credit score, just to find out basic info on the car. Took my
credit score down 3 points for no good reason and he wasted our time.

Car was gone when I got there. Told me to keep calling to see if another one comes in. Found another one on the lot, told the manager, but the salesman never called. I purchased elsewhere.

The dealer called me within 24 hours of sending them an inquiry on CarGurus and arranged a test drive at a time that worked for me. They did a great job of speaking with different banks to find a really low APR for my loan. I was also very pleased with the van I purchased from them. My only complaint is that when I first came in they said the van I had wanted hadn't finished inspection and couldn't be test driven. I test drove a different van that was the same model, but ultimately had to come back the next day to test drive the one I inquired about and ultimately purchased.
