Best thing about this dealer was that they did not misrepresent anything. They followed through with everything they promised and delivered exactly what we agreed upon. Gliden negotiated a fair trade on my vehicle and they made sure the vehicle I purchased (used truck) was mechanically in order so I knew I was in a safe vehicle. I did not put a deposit because of my distrust of dealers. They took care of everything and honored our agreement even without the deposit which honestly shocked me. If you want to be treated fairly I would highly recommend this dealer and Gliden is a great guy who went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of even when he was juggling multiple customers at once. This dealer will treat you like a person! Honesty and Integrity from this place. I highly recommend them.

Very professional and straightforward during the entire process. Chris Wolf was very helpful in responding to our initial request. He replied via email and sent us a detailed video of the vehicle before we drove to the dealership. (120 miles one way) We are very happy with this purchase!

Truly exceptional customer service.
They totally could have gave me a better deal on it seeing it has damn near 80k.
It also made me chuckle at the fact they made it seemed they were doing me more of a favor; somewhat yes because they did pick me up from Tampa. But, I’m sure they were ecstatic to push that caliber of used car of the lot.
I know the game ... Still, excellent customer/sales team interaction.

Hendrick Hinda Bradenton is one of the best car dealers I have experienced dealing with, and I was able to do all this online. What I really appreciated is that the dealer answered all my questions without trying to rush me into making any commitment before I was ready. Nor did he try to pressure me into buying a more expensive model. The entire purchase process went smoothly without any glitches. The dealer was extremely courteous and also understanding of my situation— in that I was buying the car for my daughter who lived 100 miles south of Bradenton. After I settled with the dealer, he delivered the car right to her home and drove her old car that she had traded in back to his dealership. I highly recommend Hendrick Honda Bradenton.

Great easy dealership we purchased a 2015 Ram truck was in
perfect shape. Accepted our offer drove the truck home next day

Very helpful, car had a deposit on it when I called. People were to come in on Sat. to inspect it. They found another one they liked better. Justin (salesman) called when that deal was off. Went in on Sunday and really liked the car. Made a good deal and drove it home. Nancy just loves the car and the dealership couldn't have been more helpful.
