First, the "dealer never responded" is not correct. I clicked "Terrible" so let me explain.
Pretty car, isn't it? Not so, as of Saturday, February 16th. It started that morning with a phone call to the Payne dealership. The salesperson indicated the vehicle was available. When we got to the dealership, the vehicle was, in fact, not available. We were prepared to drive off with the vehicle, but it was in the back with the dash out, and the key was missing. Although the manager indicated he would bring the car to us when it was ready, we were not interested. This wouldn't have been an issue except for the fact that we now had invested a round-trip of 6 hours to look at the vehicle. It would behoove the salesperson to check to make sure the vehicle is ready to be viewed when a caller indicates they are driving 3 hours to see the vehicle. If not, call them back so they won't invest time and money for naught. I hope all other customers are treated much better than we were.

bought my vehicle from them.
