Great experience! The sales team was amazing. Made you feel comfortable and relaxed. Didn't end up buying the Passat, but a Tiguan instead.

very unpleasant experience with Central Auto group this am. After texting and confirming several times since Monday, 6/15 interest in the 2016 Veloster, appt. made Friday 6/19 at ten am. Half way driving, there, from RI, received call that this car I was specifically interested in was sold the night before. wanted to know if I was still coming in to perhaps look at other cars. Not Happy on the Bait and Switch. Not a good way to do business. BTW, Rep. texted me at 9:15 am when I was already driving there for 45 min plus drive to CT, and not looking at my phone.

they did contact me but it was a hideous experience...they told me the car was sold, then asked when I wanted to come up and take it for a test drive...I responded trying to understand if it was sold or still available...heard nothing back from the initial person that made contact with me...then I heard from 2 other people with the same canned response...I got one last response and told that person what a hideous experience I had. the first person that contacted me, sent me an email and apologized for the "miscommunication"....unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The sales and managerial staff were pleasant and professional with me. The vehicle's description, in the internet posting of the vehicle, was not a true depiction as the actual condition of the vehicle. There were several cosmetic flaws that were not shown in posting's distant pictures. Close up pictures of these flaws should have been included in the posting pictures.

EXCELLENT! We drove 9 hours (4.5 hours each way) and so worth it! Had been searching for this Jetta for months, finally found it at Central and at a great price! Hector was very easy to work with and had everything ready for us when we arrived! Best car buying experience ever!

Very helpful , I live six hours away and needed more pictures. They were helpful in sending more information. BUT , I couldn't understand why they don't do Carfax, considering the cost of some used vehicles, you would think they would be a part of that

Salesman enthusiastic but never followed thru he was not familar with vehicle we discussed-stated he was positive about the car not having leatherette when it in reality it did- kept saying he would be right back to me with a quote and never did- very disappointing
