Had our first talk on the cell. Told him what I'm dealing with for trade in and the cash I had. We came to a agreement and set a time to meet. Everything went great as to our chat and I signed all the papers. Now a new owner to a 98 Pontiac prix.

I purchased a 2015 Fiat 500 pop from Alvaro and their team completely sight unseen. I used my own financing, and Alvaro called me over the phone to go over the details. Incredibly kind and honest, did not try to over sell me, answered all of my questions, and didn't try any of the typical used car salesman greasy moves. I live pretty close to the dealership, but Alvaro said he could have the car delivered that night. Sadly, after dropping it off we noticed there was an error with the transmission. I immediately called Alvaro and let him know. He apologized right away, and advised me he would take care of it. He had the car picked up and assessed at the mechanic. It's likely the error occurred during delivery. However, Alvaro did not blame any one or complain, he just focused on solving the issue. After the car was diagnosed, the transmission would need to be replaced, and alvaro instead fully refunded me. A+ dealer!

Overall not so good. Initially greetings are what you'd expect, cordial and enthusiastic.Decided on a test drive.Engine compartment clean (well detailed), motor oil good condition, radiator water clean and to level. Engine ran well, brakes a bit soft but straight on stop. Road noise a bit louder than expected for an AWD. The air pressure (AP) indicator light on. Inquired about AP light and dealer agreed to replace (at my cost). After some trepidation, I took a chance on the good will of the dealer and I purchased the vehicle (you can snicker at that). I took the vehicle to a shop to evaluate the AP light and assess brakes. As it turns out AP light can not be 'fixed'. The 'budget' tires (discontinued) are mismatched (not good for AWD) and w/o sensors.There is no spare tire (which he claimed not to be aware). Dealer refused to even meet in the middle for cost to make things right and safe (ultimately ~$200 to him). When do dealers lose their honesty and integrity? Bad experience.

Friendy and helpful has good attitude. I wish I could pronounce his name correctly.

Dealer responded quickly. But I was looking for something local, can't go to Seattle. Dealer didn't offer specics about vehicle delivery. Maybe it's because I'm willing to pay cash and not finance.

I didn't leave with a migraine. Really fast, painless. I definitely recommend CARNIFTY.
