Our seller Irvin was great. However his boss Walter caused him to lose the deal. He literally tried to add over 20k in taxes and other miscellaneous fees to the cars pricing ..a 59k priced car was over 80k when he brought us the paperwork..

The sales guy was nice, but they add hidden fees ypu do not see until you are there. Only days later did they offer to remove the fees try to sell the vehicle. Purchased a vehicle from another dealership that did not hide fees from the online price.
They did contact me but after I sent a letter to the executive General manager, And after a special they
had on the car expired. That cost me $2000., Then they have your a button on there web site that gets
you an appraisal of car, there appraisal not mine, and then they under shoot that by $2000. So in total I
got screwed out of $4000. Left a bad taste in my mouth. I should have walked but I really liked the car.
My bad.

Worked with salesman for a week worked up a deal that I was happy with made arrangements to drive the hour to purchase this vehicle and
when I got there the salesman brought out a different vehicle for me to look at and told me this vehicle just sold, but he had called a few hours
before I got there to make sure I was still coming and everything was good. I feel like I was misled about this vehicle. Very unhappy customer.

For used car sales, add about $8k to the price. They charge $3k for lifetime car washes, nitrogen in tires and 4 oil changes. They also charge $2k for your car to be certified preowned. The car list for 30k but after all it was 39k

Dealer advertised a 2019 AMG GT S at below fair market value. First person to inquire about vehicle, they asked me to come in to evaluate trade-in and review vehicle of
interest. Evaluated my trade-in for $4,000 less than two local Mercedes dealers; no negotiation. General Sales Manager increased the price of their vehicle by
$5,000 +/-, after reviewing similar vehicles I inquired about at the other dealers. Wife and I were at the dealership for almost three hours... Dealership doors closed at 9:00
pm, left around 9:38 pm; negotiations to pick up in the morning per the GSM. I can tell why the GSM is in that position, a lot of talk about nothing and arrogant. He made
certain that wife and I noticed he was wearing a Rolex. After he stepped away from the desk, wife mentioned his mannerism noting "Never judge a book..." Next morning,
"salesperson" stated they secured a deposit on the vehicle in question from an out of town buyer. Poor communication and decorum...

We bought from this dealer. A little odd as they tried to add their "5 star used car package" to the car (which was an overpriced joke for wheel locks, window tint, a few car washes and oil changes) and he cost wasn't in their advertised price. Once I told them that add on wasn't remotely even an option to negotiate from at all, they took it off the table and negotiation from the advertised price was fairly straightforward. Got a fair deal on an immaculate car from them. Thanks to Jason and Don for getting our deal done so fast.

I called at 11 on a truck and was tod it was still on the lot. I drove 45 miles to see it and arrived at 12:15 only to be told the vehicle was shipped out early that morning. No apology or offer to find something else. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. I would give them zero stars if possible.

Dealer would not negotiate the price. When I when to the dealership they first said they didn’t have the vehicle and tried to switch me to another truck. I walked over their lot and found the truck that they had advertised and the salesperson that’s I had talked to and had asked for when I arrived at the dealership. They said the salesperson they gave me to was part of her team and then he turned me over to another salesperson. Very poor customer relationship

After I told them that I brought my own financials to purchase the GL 450 and the manager didn’t want to talk with me. I gave them a deposit and later I was told the car had mechanical issues and they couldn’t sell it to me!!! They wanted to sell a loan not a car...so sad. I will never return to this dealership.

Experience with the "sales" team was awful. No one could answer simple questions. Extremely unorganized. The only person that was knowledgeable and helpful was the finance guy. After purchasing the vehicle they handed me the keys and never once showed me anything about the vehicle; the features, adjustments, etc. I expected more after purchasing a new vehicle especially from a Cadillac dealership.

payment salesman are great Finance
department sucks. called the
dealership's manager got some peon
who didn't absolutely nothing to help
then acted like they didn't want to do
business because the finance
manager was trying to get every
dollar out of my pocket I could have
bought the truck cash but I was trying
to build credit. but not with them. Its
sad I got my deal done somewhere
else with no problems. thank's to
another dealer. I love my truck and I
got what I wanted not what they
wanted me in. At the terms I set.
Cash goes a long way when people
aren't trying to rob you for everything
you have. stay in your own pockets
and out of mine.

Personally I was disappointed that we could not make a deal on the car, I originally went in to look at a different car and it had just sold, understood it happens but then I was shown an older car with more miles and higher price, there was also no negotiating on the price, was not able to make a deal.

Would NOT recommend them! I was TOLD to come pick up a vehicle they said they would hold for me...I drive 40 min to get there ONLY so they could sell to someone else IN FRONT OF ME. Literally! They sold to a couple right in front of my eyes. Loyalty says a lot.

I brought a ats from this dealership and told the salesman I wanted extend warranty included in my deal. I was told that the total price advertised is without the certification.... So basically I have to pay $4600 for an extended warranty when you’re buying a preowned certified vehicle warranty is typically included this was not told to me during my transaction the finance lady Brittany in the back was very rude and told me I could not get my money back if. She informed me that my deal was already set to the bank now everybody knows the banks are closed on Saturday and Sunday it is now Tuesday I feel that my car should’ve been finance with extended warranty I spoke to the use car manager I spoke to my sales rep Louis and I feel that I am being miss treated and I’m very unhappy I would never recommend David Tayler to a friend

after bought was never contacted after that did not even
come and say thank you for business after left finance
finance lady was some asian lady dont know her name
as well was selling me a warranty for 4600.00 when my
$100k lexus warranty for more term more miles was only
2600 bunch of crooks i been to many cadillac
dealerships no experience like this one horrible horrible
will not recomend this dealership gap for 100k lexus
around 600 for 6 years they sold me gap for 1000.00

Good experience. All went smoothly. I test drove a used Grand Caravan. I
liked it and put a deposit on it. My wife brought it to the mechanic a couple
days later. The car checked out other than a crack at in the windshield, which
the dealer got replaced later in the day. We bought the car at the advertised
price plus registration standard fees. We would not hesitate to buy another
car from them in the future.
