I have difficulty dealing with car dealers as a lot of people do. Not in the case when dealing with Bradley, Phil, and Jeana. Great communication via phone and email. I live 2 hours away from the dealership. Bradley and Jeana waited for my family and I to show up after they closed on a Friday night! I ended up not buying the vehicle that I set out for, choosing another that I liked even better that had not yet hit the sales floor. I'm extremely happy with my purchase! I would not hesitate to work with Bradley and his team again in the future, and would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for purchase of new to you vehicle!! Did not receive a reply so I called and talked to sales person. They said it was in the shop and he would contact me when it came out. I am still waiting to hear from them. He was very nice on the phone but disappointed that they didn’t call me back.

They supplied more information on the Dodge truck then I ever know about it. They showed me how much my SUV was worth on a trade. Which it was more for a trade in. They were up-front and let me drive the truck on my own. Ilike all the extras that comes with the deal. I would tell others to go there for there next vehicle.

Great experience. They brought the car two hours North for me to test drive it, gave me the timeto think about it. I bought it and they were willing to deliver it. They installed remote start at a low cost.

We saw a 2015 Buick Enclave on CarGurus. The deal almost seemed too good to be true for everything included in vehicle. I looked at Auto Haus' reviews on CarGurus and felt comfortable checking it out. The device was very good. They said "take a long test drive" and were friendly. Brad's young son was there when we first arrived. Not something you see typically but I thought it was sweet that he was all about his son getting dropped off near the end of his work day and including him in our process (he was well behaved). It was nice to see a human, family aspect that I wasn't expecting. We came back and took the vehicle to another mechanic for a quick but full inspection. Auto Aces did a great job too and I recommend them! The SUV checked out and was in "great condition." That finished selling the car for us. haha The whole process went smooth and it was a very good experience!

I have not responded back. I chose a different route with for vehicle. They did respond a few times, so they are on the ball.

They were great to deal with even after a week later there was a small issue with the spray in liner. They fixed it quickly and even dropped the truck off at my work when they were done! Great deal on the truck and great customer service. I will go back for my next vehicle.

price was a little high for the vehicle we were looking at and dealer was not at all willing to move on price. salesman was great to chat with and very informative on the truck and on things that were planned for the truck.

This dealer was very honest and what a good comfortable experience. They made you feel like one of the family there. Would definitely go back and recommend them.
