They had a car that I was interested in. It was two hours away, so we spoke via text and phone. After agreeing to a price, I explained that we could come down to look at it on my next day off. I told them I wanted to take possession of the car and drive it back that day so as to not make two trips. They said they couldn't do that since they had a couple of backordered parts to get in first. Why post the ad for sale if the car wasn't ready? Don't waste my time.

I was very unhappy with my visit. I filled out an online for appt. Which I went too. I called at ask a question. I was told the car would be repaired when the body shop could work it in. I didn’t wanna drive an hour. If the car wasn’t going to be fixed, I filled out an online appraisal and got a note in the file that they were offering an additional $2000 on top of the offer for your trade. I took my trade with me, which I was told that was a mistake, and that they would not be offering any extra, I would’ve brought my car then I was told by the sales guy that the car which I was willing to pay full price for was not going to be repaired it was going to be sold as is the only thing I was asking for was the car heavy damage to be fixed , I told him to contact me after the vehicle was repaired and he said I’ll have it sold before that happens that really ended my conversation with this dealership. I am very disappointed with the way this was handled and the waste of my time.

I was contacted by the dealer at 11PM text right away after expressing interest in a vehicle through cargurus. I got them over the phone the next day, and we were asked to come to see the vehicle. Being about two hours away, I asked them for a firm price out the door, and I would pay the $65 delivery fee mentioned on the site. I was answered that the delivery fee would be higher, and that he would have to talk to his manager, and would get to me before 12pm. Comes 4PM, still no news, I call back, no answer, left a text message. Next day, still nothing, I call back, the sales rep picks up, and tells me again that it's better for me to come physically, something regarding how difficult it is to get a firm price for new versus used (what?!), that I would had to add this fee, that fee, and the list goes on and on before I can start writing it down to add it up myself. I asked again for a firm, full price, and he answered he will "try" to get it. No news 4 hours later. Shady tactic, pass.

Dealership itself was very nice, clean and spacious. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional. They made my car buying experience a smooth and pleasant one. I recommend this dealership.
