Frist Communication was with Ava Lee via email response. Then a phone message with Jesse to confirm visit to dealership. Met with Simon upon my arrival and test drove the vehicle with T. Soule . I had more visit to another dealership that day but I called Simon back after that and got the deal done later that night and finished up the next day. Later that day. They bought the vehicle to me. Great !!!

Do not buy a car from this dealership. They are not honest. This is especially true of the sales manager Larry Payne. We spent a week negotiating the price of car with Larry and one of his salesmen. Larry and his salesman assured us that we would be writing a check for a specific amount that, in addition to the trade-in value of our current car, would cover the entire cost of our new vehicle. We spent 2 hours at the dealership filling out all of the purchase materials. And when we finally got to the end of the process and asked the accounting person to confirm the amount of the check we would be writing, he told us it was $2500 more than what we had agreed. We called in Larry to explain but, instead of confirming our amount, Larry explained that he had "made a mistake" and somehow double counted the value of our trade-in. They refused to fix this "mistake" and instead expected us to just pay the extra money. We refused and took our business elsewhere. You should too.

Great perofessional assistance from salesman Shaun. I did not purchase a vehicle (wrong color). Very personable and attentive service. No pressure pleasant experience.
