I contacted this dealership regarding a vehicle listed here on CarGurus. After seeing it here I also looked at it on their own website. The price showed the MSRP, then below it it said "Dealer discount" with an amount next to it. Under that it stated "buy for" with the MSRP minus the dealer discount. If you click on the "dealer discount" it states "Dealer Discount applied to everyone". Any reasonable person wouid believe that the price after the discount is what you would pay. Not so fast though! After calling them to set up a time to see the vehicle and asking about the price I was told that the "Dealer Discount Applied to Everyone" only applies if you meet certain criteria. I asked why it states applied to everyone if it clearly does not? He had no answer except that he would not have worded it that way either and a lot of people complain about it. Bottom line is that they are deceptive. They even claimed that "everyone else does it" and that is false. Do not support this group!

Took a test drive with one of the sales women who was very nice and understanding. After a test drive, Stephanie the manager was EXTREMELY pushy for me to take the vehicle SAME DAY within minutes of shaking my hand. Wasn’t willing to negotiate a deal, and reluctant to show me all the numbers for me to see to consider a deal. I been looking for a new car for weeks and this was my worst sales experience. Car was nice, but sales manager pushed me off the cliff.

Horrible. Vehicle was not as advertised and acknowledged by sales staff on arrival after driving over an hour. No alternatives offered and no management intervention, worst experience ever buying carsâ¦.and Iâve had some bad ones.
