Bait and switch. The cars offered at a very competitive price are ex rental cars. Also there's a VERY hefty delivery fee of almost $5,000 (excl. title & registration). That's 25% or more on a regular used Corolla. It also took me at least 5 contact attempts to get someone willing to explain me those extreme charges. I will not be back here.

Crooked doesn't begin to describe this dealership. The offer on CarGurus was for $36,181. I call to buy the car and they change the price stating "oh, to get that price you have to trade in a car AND finance this one. I told him it didn't say that and his (the internet manager) response was "it is in the fine print". Sketchy to say the least. Th en when you look at the fine print, it doesn't say that either of these things are required for this price. It makes it sound like those would be additional credits. When I told them I would pay the nationally advertised price, they went silent. I don't normally leave reviews but run......don't walk away from this dealership!
