The staff knew absolutely nothing about the car and I actually told them the history etc about the car . They were unable to answer any questions. Additionally they added additional charges and increased the price upon giving me a quote . Was not confident to purchase from this dealership. Also the salesperson that I was communicating with was let go the same day .

Communication was slow. They declined my offer and sold the car to an auction days later.

long story short I put on their web site I was interested in vehicle 15 minutes later some girl from a town way up north called me said price was $3,000 + more said I was on wrong website told me a different web site , then her manager got on phone told me I was on correct website the price on that web site plus fees equaled $7,000 more out the door, I stopped contact , then got a call and text from the one on that web site in Punta Gorda Fl I went there , the price was correct then they added all kinds of fees and even called some of the same fees buy different names , price at if I remember correctly about $42,000 +when I questioned this the manager ,came over said if I wanted a lower price he would do a reconditioning on vehicle and add $2,000 to the price ,,I said no, when I wanted to drive it they did not even have a key that worked ,, said could take 3 days to a week or more to get one , I left..Thank goodness I got out of there they scared me and I fill threatened buy them

Car was available test Roven and bought it. Engine light came on two days later I took it to their mechanic they fixed it. Was in there 20 minutes signing papers not 2 to 3 hours. It was a good experience.

I spoke with them and agreed to finance the car with $2,000 down. Once they sent over the agreement to review i noticed they raised the price to $1,000 more than advertised, as well as added $1,000 in dealer add on to an 8 year old used car. I would advise caution when dealing with them.
