Concesionarios cercanos (Punta Gorda, FL)

I am out of town, interested in a vehicle. Asked the salesperson if they would allow the car to be sent to a mechanic to check it over. The request was refused.

The staff knew absolutely nothing about the car and I actually told them the history etc about the car . They were unable to answer any questions. Additionally they added additional charges and increased the price upon giving me a quote . Was not confident to purchase from this dealership. Also the salesperson that I was communicating with was let go the same day .

Mark was awesome, he went out of his way to try and help us, he was really a great guy definitely the kind of salesman you want to meet, we left there wishing we could have bought something from him

Overall, they do a major discount on their cars. However, they quickly make those up with add-ons, fees, taxes, etc. I am not new to car buying. I do understand taxes, registration etc. But they do add on a lot of other fees that are non-negotiable. Things like pre-sales service for almost 2k. Other items that do have a cost, but it seems like they really take advantage of "pre-done" items that are non-negotiable.

I spoke with them and agreed to finance the car with $2,000 down. Once they sent over the agreement to review i noticed they raised the price to $1,000 more than advertised, as well as added $1,000 in dealer add on to an 8 year old used car. I would advise caution when dealing with them.
