Great selection, ended up getting a great deal on Forrester Touring. They beat everyone else. Maddy was incredible, even delivered my car. I will definitely recommend them to everyone!

I am from out of NJ and contacted this dealer for a 2024 Outback before I headed to there. We chatted over the phone about the optional package and price. The salesperson was nice and sent me some new pictures such as odometer et al after I asked. They replied me very fast. When I was there, I met their salesperson Heba and manager, Ms. Sharon Coppola. Sharon was very friendly and enthusiastic with resilience, took the time to get to know the customers' needs, showed empathy, and deal in a product in confidence. For example, we had a little argument about their Theft Protection that I do not want. She removed it. She is person really want to sell the car and not trap a customer by other tricks. She cares the customers. The director of Finance, Jeremy, is also a great guy. We have a lot of paperwork to sign, and he made everything smooth and efficient. No much ticks/hidden things. This is one of my best experience with a dealership.

They contacted me the day before my appointment no less than three times to say they were happy to see me tomorrow and looking forward to that, etc. and then the next day I get there and they told me the car was sold. It wasn’t very close to my house, I had to use the car that wasn’t safe because that’s why I’m buying another car and I got there on time and then I was sold that. I could’ve used the phone call very perfunctory, apologies and then wanting to show me other cars I could not recognize that I was upset .
