If I could rate less I would. They have very poor communication. I would rather not do business with them. I made an appointment to see a vehicle that was available. I went to see the vehicle and they tell me it's been sold. I rushed home from Nevada to make the appointment!

The car I was looking at had a reasonable price, but as others have noted, they have a $4000 fee per vehicle for the installation of GPS, door edge guards and ceramic coating. That isn't a fee, that should be included in the asking price. The salesman confirmed the fees and said they had never lost a sale because of it. They have now.

Unfortunately, this is another one of those Bait and Switch establishment. First, I've contracted via Cargurus - though I never heard back from the dealership. But I've gone to the dealership to check out the car as soon as I saw the listing as it had color combo and condition I was looking for. The dealership itself lacks a bit, as it is not really a nice place to be - very spartan with minimal amenities. The sales associate, Luis, was pleasant to deal with and professional . However, as soon as you start dealing with the "Manager", the somewhat positive experience immediately ends. They simply do not honor the price you see online. The dealership has these bogus, unnecessary required dealer installed accessories. Then they insist I have to go through their financing even though I have my own. All of these bait and switch tactic adds thousands of dollars on top of the listed price. One of the prime example of why most car buyers hate shopping at traditional dealerships.
