A waste of time. Test drove the car, agreed to a price w/ the salesman (despite the dealership not wanting to write a buyers contract), & at the very last minute the next day as I’m at my bank waiting for the buyers contract to be sent over, the manager gets on the phone and changes the price of the car, significantly. Why? Because I wasn’t taken serious initially & he realized his salesman dropped the ball negotiating. Luckily I had a backup sales contract for a new Charger elsewhere which meant an even better rate.

I was emailed by Amanda Nordigian she told the vehicle was available. When would I like to come in. I explained that I was out of state, but I wanted to buy the car. She said she would have a salesmen call me back to give me more information. That never happened. I called and talk with Amanda again. She said she was sorry she would have someone call me back shortly. I still never heard back from them. Not sure what's going on with this dealership. Maybe Bait and Switch. They had a sure sale and never got back with me. Strange indeed!

Service was as expected . No complaints yet hopefully won’t have any. The real test is the service that I will receive from them now that I’ve already purchased the vehicle.

Wonderful and an overall great experience

I could not have had a worse experience. After being quoted a price by email i was told by sales luis ruiz that that price was in corect, it was $3300 higher. I questioned why and was told it needed brakes. I spoke to the sales manager who apologized and said original quote was a error but he could take $1000 off the higher price. I then spoke to the salesman, Luis Ruiz, who said his manager was wrong and the price would have to stay at $33995. This dealership cleary has sale people who think they run the business and it rflects poorly on the business. They did not seem to be honest about anything.
