Had a great experience but not the vehicle I wanted

In my search for a SUV and came across and ad for a car at Mastria. I called ahead to make sure it was available still. They confirmed and I made my wat to the dealership, as I walked into the lobby Derek Welch was already there waiting with the keys and dealer plate for me to test drive it. This was top notch service, he was absolutely great when it came to getting me on the road and testing the car exactly how I wanted. He was helpful in getting me all the answers I had to questions about the car and financing it. After I agreed to buy the car he was always in touch with steps being taken to complete the sale. We ran into an issue which delayed the sale and he went above and beyond to keep me updated and to help speed the process up. His work ethic kept me from walking away from the sale. Derek's commitment was vital in me staying and working with Mastria. I would recommend Derek as your salesmen, very highly recommend him.

Pleasant car buying experience from on line contact to test drive and purchase. Sales person was down to earth and the entire team actually made car buying FUN.. who would have thought? Highly recommend!

While they were quick to follow up, they had no flexibility in even offering me a range on my trade in without coming down there. I live over an hour away, which I explained, making that a tall ask just to see if we’re remotely close on the value. Every other dealership I worked with was more than happy to provide an estimate based on VIN, Mileage, and pictures; but not this one. Rather short on the phone, and didn’t strike me as someone who had any interest in working with me to get a deal done.

Alex at Mastria Subaru was super helpful. I walked in knowing I wanted this car, and I drove away in it that day! I’ve had that experience where the dealer tries to talk to my (male) partner only to have to be reminded several times he’s not the one buying the car. Thankfully, that was not my experience with Alex. He was easygoing, friendly, and while he included my partner in the conversation, he discussed details and finances with me. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from here again.
