This is dealership is very unprofessional. Looking at a preowned 2018 Infiniti QX60 for my wife. The salesperson wouldn’t answer none of my questions concerning pricing prior to my coming in. So when I came in for the test drive, the salesperson was not there. So I was connected with another salesperson that didn’t know anything about the car. I again asked about pricing and he replied, when is your wife coming for a test drive. Also I will get you the best price when you come back. I declined and bought from an authorized Infiniti dealer. Avoid this dealership at all cost!

Our salesman Josue was very sweet. Not pushy, allowed my husband and myself to talk amongst ourselves about our decision, likes and dislikes. Issue came with the manager and maybe a miscommunication between the two. Messaged all week stating we absolutely needed out the door cost beneath 20k out the door. Price was 20,995 so obviously would need to be discounted to meet our out door price. Through message they said absolutely head down. Weekend comes, we drive over an hour to dealership. Drive and love the car. Numbers talk comes, after leaving with our range comes back and takes us to manager. He is showing us screens and saying he’s not discounting car, doesn’t want to lose 4,000 on a car that’s only been there 30 days. Talk goes for 15 min not even discussing a single price below mid 22,000 after taxes fees etc. annoyed that stood up and walked out. Don’t say one thing, waste my time and gas driving if you know you can’t even remotely meet it.

This has to had been bait and switch experience for sure! I inquired about the truck and said they had truck, I drove by and looked all over lot including back and truck was never there. They continued calling said they had truck there until I told them I went and was never there , then they told me it had sold. Very shady if you ask me truck was never there yet they continue to have it for sale on their website and CarGurus and other markets.
