Actually went to dealership saw the car put a $5000 deposit on it and then they turned around and told me the vehicle was not available because of mechanical problems but noticed there is still listed on car guru car guru

Marcos was amazing but the manager was aggressive and unprofessional. After having seen some numbers, he walks in saying that ok top of that, they needed to add 1k more cause the other manager made a mistake. They were adding almost 5k on top of their advertised price, then another almost 1k in dealer fees plus tax and title fees. Talk about adding bogus fees. If it weren’t for our salesman being so cool, I’d tell you to go elsewhere and take your money where they don’t try to add so many unnecessary fees like a “certification fee”.

I was looking to purchase this vehicle. First, the price that I was quoted was higher than the price listed on CarGurus. They didn't even try to negotiate the price and even asked questions that didn't matter. The associate kept trying to get me to give them the reference number for my pre approval without even providing me answers to my initial questions. There were things added to the price that was not a necessity to me with which I was told I had to get it. I saw the comment from another purchaser and some of the pricing did not make sense. There was $7k tacked on to the price which made no sense to me either. I even had someone I know who does dealship financing look at it and it didn't make sense to them either. They answered most of my questions but didn't try at all to earn my business but tried hard to deceive me by not giving me answers to my initial questions up front within.

Horrible experience thus far. They sold us a "certified pre owned" vehicle, theoretically with a 100+ point inspection and extended warranty. Within hours of driving this car off the lot the clutch had a catastrophic failure and had to be towed to another Jeep dealer closer to home. The dealer where we had it towed informed us that there was an outstanding recall on this car due to the clutch being defective. Hollywood certified the car without fixing the known recall from 2023. Still working to resolve. The dealership has been totally unresponsive thus far to numerous attempts to speak with the general manager including two voicemails, a message left with his assistant, an email, and a call to Jeep Corporate customer service. Still waiting to hear back so we can resolve this problem. Someone at the dealership even attempted to lie to the corporate customers service people that we had been informed regarding the recall and bought the car anyway. Complete and utter lie.
