This dealer sent an automated response to initial inquiry. I inquired by email again with no response from dealer. Very disappointing customer service. I really liked this Explorer. I ended up buying from another dealership because of the lack of engagement and this is usually indicative of how you will be treated after the sale.

Contacted dealer to make an offer Monday 12/08 Dealer responded Monday 12/08 at 4PM I responded Monday 12/08 after hours at 9PM with detailed offer expecting response next morning. 12/09 morning no response 12/09 2PM I texted requesting a follow up. 12/09 607PM dealer responded “unfortunately this vehicle has sold. I have a GMC Yukon…might that interest you?” Of all the internet sales teams I’ve dealt with, this was one of the worst experiences. Didn’t receive any calls from them…
