I spoke with the dealer Victor over the phone telling him I would be coming to look at the vehicle. It was then listed for 6,050.00. So on Friday May 9th, I spoke with him again to tell him I will be there on Saturday the 10th. He told me that they are raising all the prices of the cars on the lot. I told him I was surprised to hear that they were raising prices as I have only heard of prices being lowered. I told him that I thought that was wrong to use a bait and switch technique. I further told him that I do not trust him as a dealer and do not want to take a risk dealing with a shady person. He did say that he would offer it to me at the price I saw in the listing. Anyway because of this situation with this dealer, I do not feel comfortable making a vehicle purchase from him. I do not trust this dealer. He raised the vehicle by 900.00. That is not acceptable by my standards. I wanted to offer him 5700.00 I know they have fees and taxes etc... and that this was my budget.

The entire buying process from RISMO AUTO SALES, INC. was quick and efficient. It's not a big chain dealership, it's a small office. The owner was upfront and knowledgeable about all the vehicles he owned. He provided the full carfax report not the summary before I even showed up for the visit. He showed me all the scratches and dents in the walk around, even told me what work was done recently. He never pushed his own financing and worked with my bank Navy Federal to make sure the purchase and sale went through smoothly. I was coming from an hour away. I communicated that I was interested in the Tesla. To help accommodate me, we arranged for a Saturday meet. I never experienced the upsell, or pressure to add the various warranties or additional purchases so many dealers push to raise the purchase price. I have had the car for two weeks and I am happy with the purchase. I highly recommend RISMO Auto Sales, Inc. for their honesty, fair pricing, and service.

Got to the dealer and not expecting the car to be like someone living in the car. Dog furr was everywhere in the truck.Very dirty and truck not clean. Smell awful
