I could describe the experience in one word..........."UNACCOMODATING" ---My experiences in the past dealing with dealership personnel was always helpful and their taking the extra steps to ensure a satisfying and considerate approach in "closing the deal" with me. That was certainly not the case here. They were very abrupt and unaccomodating !! They showed no interest in working to meet me half way nor to lessen the inconvenience of me being an out-of-state purchaser.........."VERY UNPROFESSIONAL", to say the least. I can see how their dealership received a low rating. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone and that's unfortunate because I really liked the Chevy Trax that I had chosen to purchase.
