Concesionarios de Ford cercanos (Fairfield, NJ)

I have worked with a lot of dealerships to buy a lot of different cars and have had some bad experiences, but let me tell you this one has been by far the worst. The entire car buying experience was terrible, and when I finally got the car it looked like they had run a dirty rag over all of the surfaces including the glass, and the I got ten miles down the road onto the parkway and my tire pressure light came on - all four tires were at least 10psi under what they should be. In addition, they refuse to put my plates and registration in the mail even though I live over an hour away. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. There are far better dealers that will actually treat you like a human being, and make sure your car not only clean, but SAFE TO DRIVE before sending you down the road.

I contacted the dealer about a car and received an autobot named Vinessa. Vinessa asked if she could help while at the same time I received an email from a salesperson. I asked the sales person a few questions about the car and they said they would get back to me. Meanwhile I answered Vinessa that a salesperson had also emailed me and that they were answering my questions. After a day had passed I had not heard from the sales person but Vinessa emailed again with the same email as the day before asking if she could help. I told her the sales person had not responded yet and she said she would get me another salesperson to help. Well after a few days of back and forth with Vinessa sending the same email everyday and a salesperson never getting back to me, i moved on.

I went there unannounced with cash in hand to purchase in full . They had me waiting 45 minutes and the car couldn’t start . It had electrical issues. I was told by “Emin” he would call me when he get it running, He never called even tho I reached out because I was still interested. I then got way better service at another dealer
