The dealer contacted me the same day. We set up an appointment for the following weekend. I even had to reschedule and ended up being late, but they were super accommodating. They listened to what I wanted as the consumer and made it happen, FAST! I was in and out within 3 hours, awesome experience! And I absolutely LOVE my new car!

Shady dealership, apparently we spoke to a call center who acted like he was working at dealership. He promised us we would get a call if someone was looking at truck before we got there but after the 50 minute drive we got there to it being purchased. Such a waste of time for two hardworking individuals. Beware of this and other same name dealers.

The person i had as a sales person was very nice .as well as the restoration the people who I had delt with .the only thing I was very unhappy with was the truck was not clean inside and out . Other then that it was great. I would by another vehicle from them again.

The people at the dealership were friendly and the car had a few issues but they weren't deal breakers. The price listed is basically the price to get you to the dealer. Taxes and fees were reasonable but the deal breaker was something called Axis Advantage or something like that that added $6000 to the price of the car. It includes key replacement, windshield repair and a bunch of stuff you can get cheaper through AAA. I'm not buying a car that's listed for $12k for $18k and I told them I was paying cash. They still wanted me to finance and I refused. I think they got the price down to about $16k and I countered $15k cash. They then showed me another Benz that was supposed to be similar but as it turned out, was completely different. This one is a sport model, the one they took me to was a luxury model. Not for me. Ultimately, they said they couldn't do the deal so I left. My guess is, if you don't take their Advantage plan they won't complete the deal. Not recommended.

Contacted by multiple sales people. Thought I had an opportunity when I was contacted by a salesperson Rose about my trade. Followed up next day and car was gone. A bit disappointing
