I would not recommend this dealership. Horrible service during the finance process. Waiting to get financing for a vehicle they sold the vehicle to someone else. The finance person was rude and condescending talked over me when I asked a question when I asked For clarification, he told me I was being rude and condescending. Our family was there for a business deal and he was very unprofessional turned out for the best for us. We went to another dealer and purchased a brand new Chevy trailblazer with half the interest rate he was offering us And a payment under our budget. I would think twice if I were you about using this dealership, they donât deal with female customers very well.

I received a call from Tim at Gilchrist within a few hours of submitting my interest through CarGurus. I asked Tim if the 2023 Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 was still available for purchase, he said it was and the rest is history. We discussed details regarding the truck and I decided to buy it. I didn't try to haggle because the price was insanely great and I figured there was no budging below $49,265. Tim did a great job talking me through the purchase process, and even held it for me so that I could fly from Colorado to Tacoma for a test drive. I flew to Tacoma, Tim picked me up from the airport and we drove to the dealership. I took the ZR2 Desert Boss for a test drive and was officially sold. Nice enough employees. Vehicle was dirty and needed some minor work. Was told nothing they could do on price and then noticed they dropped it 3 days later. Seriously? You have someone ready to buy and you can't make even the smallest gesture in negotiating but lower the price when it sits another few days with no interest?
